The hotel is located at the entrance of Badenweiler’s Central Park. Entirely renovate to perfection, the hotel offers perfect service and hospitality. Extremely clean and quiet spaces. Very varied breakfast in a brigth, quiet space oevrlooking the gardens. The garden is more like a small park, extremey quiet, perfect for resting up in the sun/in the d shade.

There is, truly, nothing to dislike give the attention to service and quality at the heart of the management approach. Irreproachable. Buisness not operated by a chain is a major plus and example of best practice is hospitality business.

The stay was overall very great. Super satisfied about the breakfast and spa especially. Came to this place to relax and really succeeded. They also have a room where you could play billiard and board games, which positively suprised me. You can easily fill a day with activities in the hotel. Starting from relaxing at the spa, having dinner at the restaurant and playing board games or billiard. Other than that, the area around is very beautiful.

Personally, I didn't like the bed, because it was a bit hard for me.

Friendliness of staff, restaurant (both quality and service). Breakfasts are absolutely excellent. Hotel cleanliness is impeccable. The very cosy bar is open, with its fabulous view and welcoming barman. Indoor spa is luxurious and totally relaxing. (In summer there's also an open air swimming pool to enjoy, set in the lovely gardens!)

It would have been nice if the 2 submerged jets (at the end of the indoor pool) were working - very good for some physical swimming exercise!

A fabulous and elegant spa hotel. Our room was beautiful and the bathroom perfectly appointed. We enjoyed fabulous massages following a three-day walking tour. We ate really well, too: the evening meal was delicious and healthy. Breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip. We would come again.

No complaints, although there was some slight delay with the return of our washing bag. It finally arrived just in time.

Second time staying here and loved every moment. We will undoubtedly stay here again in the future as it offers everything including luxurious rooms, indoor and outdoor pools as well as spa, wonderful cuisine and great service.

The swimming pool, the cleanliness and the comfort of the bed. Nice bathroom. Quiet room. Massages are of course expensive in hotels, but really worth it here. Very good attention.

Breakfast was OK, not spectacular. Paying for parking almost in the street, not even covered, may be unnecessary. Could be a bit cheaper.

Lovely building and we had a warm welcome. the property was serene and walkable to the area of restaurants and shops. the food was terrific

There was 1 staff member in the restaurant that wasn’t friendly and seemed to be bothered with non German speaking guests

The small welness area is very well made! Everything is clean everywhere and breakfast ist freshly made.

Smaller things that would justify the high price, like that the bar would be open and one could have a coffee during the day. One can feel that the hotel is trying to cut on staff. We had the room beside the elevator, which can be quite noisy as you hear ever move of the lift. Parking is too expensive for a high price already.

The hotel in general is great and the staff are helpful and friendly. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a wonderful lady with a beautiful smile who handed me the room that was in an adjacent building (the hotel consists of two adjacent buildings) The first thing I didn't like was that the other building had no elevator, which forced me to carry my suitcase up the stairs. The other thing is that the air conditioner was not working well. My wife contacted the reception, who sent the technician, and when the repair was not possible, they change the room with an upgraded room.

The room does have a coffee machine or boiler.
