Later arrival than planned on a busy Friday evening for Alt Velern, where they picked up our need for an evening meal with them. Greated with confirmation that a table was available when we were ready. The food here is always top quality and again on this visit it was excellent both evening meal and breakfast. The beds were excellent.

Nice traditional property. Beautiful room (37). Really spacious.

The shower stall was too small in relation to the room. The towel holder next to the sink was in our opinion quite dangerous. The gap into the shower was too narrow. Breakfast was very disappointing. I line fresh fruit and yoghurt. The fruit was tired - the bananas were well passed their best. The yoghurt was warm and poor choice. there were no nuts or seeds to go on breakfast. There was a lot of breads and cheese and hams but I don't eat this kind of food. Scrambled eggs looked very sad.

The breakfast was very generous. The fruit was fresh, bread freshly baked, jams fantastic quality. The eggs and delicatessen were of high quality. I was surprised to have got such varied selection of food in the buffet. The receptionist didn't mind us arriving a lot earlier to the hotel than planned. The family room was very spacious, cosy, modern and traditional country style decor. We also had dinner at their restaurant and I can say it has been one of the most delicious meals I had during our trip. Very generous portions and great quality ingredients. The traditional German decor added to the charm in the dining area and the staff was very friendly. The manager even allowed my daughter to play a piano which was in the entrance. The hotel has free parking and the location is very quiet. Very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Exceptionally good value for such a lovely experience.

I couldn't stay longer.

We were driving from UK to Poland. The location was just perfect for a night stay. Very cosy, quiet and beautiful small place. The food was exceptional. The family run little hotel. They made us very welcome.

Lovely staff, beautiful spacious rooms and the restaurant was very busy, seemed popular (although we did not eat there that night, since we ate en route). The breakfast was amazing and had so much variety of everything! Free parking.

We arrived a loooot later than we expected and the staff was willing to wake up during the night to let us check in, we are very thankful for that! The breakfast was good and service exceptional. A lot of parking lots is also a plus.

Quiet, very clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed, restaurant very convenient, off road parking, helpful staff, e-bike facilities available (although we didn’t use them)

Very nice hotel with beautiful lake views around, needs to take some time to walk around, amazing stay experience, BTW, there are lake view cabins room there is worth choose.

Rooms are separated around, when checkin, we was confused.

The location is quiet and relaxing and parking was available. The best part of the stay was the restaurant, top quality food and service and a friendly atmosphere.

Second year we come back to the hotel as we travel further south. Great hotel, lovely courtyard and very friendly staff. the family rooms are fantastic size with plenty of space! The ev charger works great and is simple to use
