Bathroom was quite useful: the toilet, shower, and sink are separated and can be used by different people simultaneously. Breakfast was great, with an extremely rich buffet. There is a lobby with a bar. The staff was quite friendly and hardworking. Everything is maintained well and quite clean. The room was quite spacious. The hotel is not in the city center but is very close to a metro station, so transportation is quite easy. There are many restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and stores nearby.

There was no thermostat in the shower and hot water was extremely hot, which can even be dangerous. There was no fridge in the room. Tea bags and instant coffee in the room were sometimes not renewed during cleaning.

I really liked the room and the bed was very comfortable. The location was right next to the subway station so perfect for exploring the city, but still in a very quiet region of Berlin. Breakfast was very good.

My room was cleaned twice even though I didn't want it cleand. Whe you tuned of the light next to the door you couldn't turn on the light next to the bed, so I had to get up everytime before I went to sleep to turn the light of. Furthermore the electric outlet beneath the desk did bot work.

The property is really well located, very close to a subway station that connects you to the main city sites. It is a 30-40min trip from the airport, but still very easy to get there. The staff was super nice too. The room was very clean and comfy, though quite smaller than anticipated.

The room had a bit of a bad smell (of sewage from the bathroom I think) when we got there. It faded away over the next days but came back on the last day for some reason. Nothing too strong but still, we could have gone without it. The Wi-Fi is subpar and the lighting in the room was super dim, so getting ready can be a bit of a challenge, unless you open the curtains wide and are lucky enough so as to be blessed with a bright day outside.

The location is exceptional. So many options for food and supermarkets, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, and Edeka. Restaurants of many types are available, even a small mall with many options. The room was clean, but the daily room service was average. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we were there, it was warm weather and the A/C was good.

Parking availability was a bit tricky, but I could park on the street when it was not allowed but I got no fine for this during my stay. The staff didn't know much about the area as they only work there but don't live in this area. Room service was a bit below expectations, they cleaned daily but not really good cleaning.

We was here for the Euros, the location was brilliant for the places we need to access. The tube station was less than a 5 minute walk away. We managed to park right outside the hotel with no bother, we was in a van, so this was a huge relief as I am not sure if there was a height restriction on the car parks. Hotel staff were very friendly and the room had everything we hoped it would. The location of the hotel was also great for walking to restaurants and shops.

not having a fridge in the room. We didn't expect one, but I do think most hotels should have small fridges to be able to store drinks. But as I say, it was not listed that we would have one, so this is nit-picking.

The room was spacious and comfortable and provided with tea/coffee making facilities, complementary water and a few little extras (including a free drink in the bar). The breakfast was excellent value for money with plenty of choice and served in a pleasant room with views of the Linden trees on the street. Staff were helpful and courteous. For me the location was perfect for the opera but it is around 3 miles from the centre. The U Bahn is very close by though and easy to navigate.

The only thing I didn't like was that it was impossible to take the stairs from the lobby so I was constantly having to hang around and wait for a lift rather than just being able to run up the stairs to my room on the second floor.

The room was very clean, and room service did a great job every day. In the room there was a big bottle of water and tea/coffee set for free. Rooms were warm in winter and bed were comfortable. Nearby, there are too many options for dining in or takeaways in almost 24h.

Staff could be more open and helpful! Location was good, but you should be in train at least for 25 minutes to reach the city center, this is something that you'd better take into consideration if your goal is to visit the city center.

nice clean rooms, friendly staff, easy check-in. very good breakfast, both food and facilities. Even the location is not exactly in the city, it was very easy to access, with train (S-bahn) station in 1 kilometer range, and underground (U-bahn) in 100 meters. However, the location in Charlottenburg area was nice, with a number of cultural and historical buildings and venues near by

_Almost everything was good and due to expectations, may be a few things to mention are: three elevators could not really serve the clients at busy hours, and secondly- it was a little difficult to recognize the hotel building from the street, as the outdoor signing was not so easy to find, bit it's all rather minor

Check-in took no time at all, due to the online pre-check-in. Breakfast, like last time, was excellent. Plenty of choice, also later in the morning. Metro station is nearby and from there you can reach the whole city against very reasonable prices. We asked for a quiet room and although they could not promise upfront, we got a quiet room at the inner side of the hotel.

The room was on the small side, almost no space between the bed and the desk. The neighbourhood (Wilmersdorf) is a bit shabby.

We booked 2 nights at Leonardo Hotel in Berlin and we had a lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was also very good with various options for everyone ! The staff was nice and accepted to keep our luggages for a day after the check-out as we were here on a business trip ! The hotel location was very conveniant for us as we chose it because it was close to where we were supposed to check in next: our business apartment. The neighbourhood is also lovely with many eateries, shops and supermarkets.

Not much, this hotel is a very good value for money !
