The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of Bad Godesberg and a short walk from the train station. There is a bakery right across the street and a bar down the street and many restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and the front desk staff were very helpful.

There was a bad smell in the hallway, but luckily, you couldn't smell it in the room. The bed was a little bit small, but it was comfortable. There is no elevator to get to the reception, which is on the 2nd floor. To get to our room we had to go up one more flight of stairs!

The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and efficient, with pleasant rooms.

The central heating was on full blast 24 hours. I asked how to turn it down, and was not given the proper answer. There seemed to be no way to modulate it, other than by opening the window wide....an awful waste of energy. Also, the pillows have no body or support whatsoever.....they are almost flat, and as soft as cotton-wool. At least ONE pillow should be a little firmer and more supportive. Again, I asked, and was given an extra pillow....but it, too, just went flat. One more weak point: the breakfast coffee is now all from a machine, and not as good as the freshly made pots of coffee used to be. Very poor flavour and strength, whichever button one presses!

Very helpful staff, incredibly friendly and English speaking when we couldn't manage the German. Good cosy bar is available, and breakfast was hot and fresh when we had it (you can also have it taken to your room).

Although the underground parking is next to the hotel, the directions we were given were a little hard to follow (it's next to the hotel, just drive the long way down the one way pedestrian street and you'll find it). The parking was also limited for spots so make sure you get there with good time

Breakfast was nice and offers many selection. I like the special touch of offering the right cup for cappucino and glass for latte machiato. The bed was comfortable and I also like that there were two pillows. The bathroom is clean and seems newly renovated. Location was very close to the station and the room was a bit tiny but just right for a couple of nights.

It was a bit noisy if I open my window but once you close the heavy curtain it was okay. Also I planned to work in the room until check out but was not possible because it was too warm in the room.

Very central location close to the train station. Small but very well equipped rooms with very comfortable beds. Good selection at breakfast and great coffee machine. Very nicely decorated breakfast room. Very friendly staff for check in and check out.

The view from the room was terrible (onto the roof of the next house and a huge exhaust pipe) and it was a little stuffy in the rooms.

Conveniently located in walking distance to the train station and the S-Bahn-station. Also, conveniently very close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Comfortable room. Very clean.

Room could have been a bit more spacious. When travelling with a lot of luggage, there is barely any room left. Desk a little small and Wifi did barely work .

It was in the town centre with all facilities including transport very close by. We had a room at the back of the hotel so it was quiet despite being beside a lift and having corridor on two sides. The room was small but adequate and clean. Room service was efficient. Good choice for breakfast.

We missed having a kettle and tea/coffee facilities.

Staff were very helpful. Additional asks were attended to swiftly without any complaints. Included breakfast was sufficient, nothing fancy, but it does fill you and exactly what you expect from a hearty breakfast.

Nothing I can think of. The hotel was what you’d expect for one at that price point. Kettle in the rooms for teas etc would be very handy. Not sure if that’s not done in Germany.

The hotel is in a very nice part of the city with lots of cafes and shops. The room was super clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good too.

Nothing really, it perfectly served the purpose. There is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner, but there are plenty of places to eat around.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. I was assisted nicely throughout my stay. the breakfast was great with all sorts of food to cater for all needs.

The entrance was steps to the reception floor, i had expected a lift as stated in the booking website.
