All of the staff were wonderful, extremely helpful. I was staying with a small family group at Bremen Grand Atlantic and one of the group members had a medical emergency. The staff were so helpful and kindly. especially Aileen who helped us find a trained professional to come and immediately assist the following morning after the emergency. Again, I can't praise the professionalism and readiness to help of all the staff enough, the Bremen Grand Atlantic Hotel has a wonderful team working there. I would also recommend the hotel's very fine restaurant, all dishes are good, but we particularly enjoyed the 'Hirsch [deer] Medaillon." The hotel's super central location can't be beat.

Great location for walking around the shops, the church and 150 meters from the river with a walking path along the side. Getting to and from the Airport is simple and about 20 euro (2024) and 10 minutes depending on traffic. The reception staff were excellent and the restaurant is of a high standard, just a bit small when the hotel is fully booked. I was lucky enough to have a high floor facing the famous church which was lite up at night.

I think the hotel needs to consider remodelling the bar area a little better. The temperature was 1 degree while I stayed and every time the front entrance door opened cold air blasted into the bar area. Seeing people wearing coats in a hotel bar felt wrong, maybe a wind break would be a good idea.

The hotel is within walking distance of the centre the shopping street and stores, especially the Christmas market, which was the main reason we booked it. The room was clean and the bathroom essentials (ie. hand soap, body lotion) were one of the best things which we liked very much. The hotel staff at the front desk and the restaurant were friendly and service-oriented. A special thanks to Ms. Friederike Krog, the Front Desk Staff, who had patiently assisted us with our late check-in and our requests once we had checked in. She assisted us with her friendliness, professionalism and smile, and we had a good chat about her previous short assignment/training in Amsterdam, while waiting for our room keys.

Nothing we didn't like during our stay, except for the TV, I wish there were more English entertainment channels instead of just the English news channels. It would be nice to watch English movies or drama series to keep one entertained when in the room.

Outstanding location, right in the center of the old town.

The hotel is trying to create a queen bed from two separate mattresses. While it's much cheaper for the hotel to keep two single mattresses and quickly convert the room to two single beds, a queen or king bed should consist of one mattress, not two, and one blanket, not two. This setup is very annoying and uncomfortable, especially when you are not 80 years old and are traveling with your girlfriend, not with your spouse, with whom you have been together for the last 60 years 🤣 After staying in seven different hotels in Germany and Prague, I found only one proper king bed, and it was in the Marriott.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was highly surprised by the level of comfort and service. The location is premium, just steps away from the town square. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean, and the beds were significantly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Our room was overlooking a courtyard, which was authentic. The staff were very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel offers secure parking, which was a great relief and added to the convenience of our stay. I found no downsides during my stay. I had a very delicious in room dining. It was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bremen.

None I did not have breakfast in the hotel, therefore no comments on breakfast.

Best location in Bremen and incredibly friendly staff, which is why we keep returning each year. Love the smoking lounge with all comforts. The bar food was excellent.

I prefer the rooms in the older part of the building, this was the first time in the new part and having to switch lifts and walking half way through the building to do so wasn't so great. Our night rest was disturbed by the twin beds that didn't interlock and kept drifting apart during the night. Next time we will definitely insist on a double bed.

The hotel being right in the centre and walking distance to town square., aldstadt, and shopping places was cool.

Nothing i didnt dislike but when the hotel got busy on the weekend, we could hear some guests in other rooms and crying baby above our room. The hotel breakfast was great but bit expensive especially when you are paying for a family. Was 27 euro per day. The hotel should do discounted breakfast included rates at least for those who book early.

The bed was very comfortable—very firm. The entire hotel is modern and high-tech. The location is excellent and the on-site restaurant is very nice.

The room was very hot given the blankets provided. We opened windows but I still woke up sweating every night. The staff wasn’t always knowledgeable, this might have been due to language, I cannot say. For example, I asked if there was a place to get something quick for breakfast instead of the hotel restaurant breakfast buffet. The front desk told me to ask the restaurant, instead I used Google and walked to a nearby cafe that turned out to be part of the hotel. The cafe wasn’t connected to the hotel lobby and the hotel staff didn’t tell me it existed—odd. There was no bellhop to help with bags, no one greeted us when we arrived. I wish the TVs were smart TVs so you could at least stream content in English. Only CNN was in English and shows didn’t have subtitles.

Very clean and this is the most important thing to me when I am travelling. Staff is very nice. I love the shampoo and other stuff. I was so tired and I hang the ‘do not disturb ‘ sign and they actually checked me on if I am ok. That was nice! I travel a lot because my job requires a lots of travelling and I personally travel a lot. That means I stay more than half of the year at hotels. Atlantic Grand Bremen is one of the nicest ones . Btw I wish they could tell me the shampoo brand! God I washed my hair twice and they were shining like I applied diamond dust. Thank you all

Breakfast was such a good german experience. All the things you could imagine in a german breakfast were present. It was delicious. The room was beautiful and an excellent suite. The view of the old town was right there out the window and it was very easy to wander into the christmas markets and the heart of Bremen. The room service was also dreamy.

It was all great.
