A great view overlooking the river.great to watch all the different boats passing though.a very good selection at breakfast and eventhough it was busy and we had to wait for a table the staff were so happy and friendly and quickly served us with coffee while we waited.

In the room the curtains didn't meet to cover the window.also there was no bedside tables to place drinks or torches on..air conditioning was difficult to understand and there was no information.

Good location with nice views over the sea. Very big not much in the way of a personal touch. There were bicycle storage in the underground public car park (€1 required this is not returned so if you go back to get something you will need another €1) Bar area was nice and service was good. A very good breakfast was available.

Modern, comfortable, clean room with an excellent view of the harbor. Breakfast was exceptional and exceeded our expectations, and staff was professional, polite, attentive and courteous in providing their services. This location meets the highest of standards in the hospitality industry.

Very professional and beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the location, easy access to downtown and walking paths. The dinner was pricy but very well done.

The staff at the front desk were helpful, but seemed confused when we tried to buy some of the store items. Overall, they were very accommodating and friendly.

The view from the hotel to the port was great (unfortunetaly the weather wasn´t). Breakfast was rich and very good. And thank to Klimahaus exhibition there is really huge parking lot.

I was a bit surprised that in such a large hotel it was necessary to book the sauna, that at some dedicated time it is not on all the time.

The breakfast was fantastic. The views from the hotel were amazing and there is an observation deck on the roof with amazing views of the whole harbor (for an extra fee). The staff was very helpful. I got to check in early and they happily stored my luggage after check out.

The price is too high. I was suckered by the difference between week day and weekend rates so would up thinking I would pay the same rate for each night, but the price increased for my second night which I didn't expect.

Nice views from this german copy of dubai's burj al arab. Maybe not quite as luxury, but it was top notch. Great spacious parking underneath in the conference center parking garage, excellent breakfast buffet, super clean and modern room with a view. Helpful and nice staff. Great place to stay in Bremerhaven for sure.

Air conditioning was not too powerful, but it worked. Very pricy room, but no surprises there.

The hotel was amazing. The rooms were beautifully set up. We had a room facing the water and it was a perfect view. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was very delicious. A superb stay.

Bath tub, difficult to get in and out of without slipping.

Get a room with a view on the water. It is lovely! Enjoy walks along the seashore. The Emigration Museum is terrific.
