Brand new room, with modern design and spacious. Nice location within the old town. Polite and helpful staff. They were assisted us with dinner reservations because of limited availabilities due to local festivities. It is strongly recommended.
We would like to have been informed in advance for the traffic regulations/restrictions that applied to the area due to local festivities. It was quite an ordeal for us to try to find our way to the hotel [being on a road trip and after having driven for many hours] since all accesses were blocked by the police. To make things worse, when we called the hotel for directions, we were informed that we could not park our car inside the town [even though we had reserved a parking place in advance]. Fortunately, the event had a happy ending since it was about a misunderstanding from the part of the hotel.

The location in the middle of town was great and only a short walk to the main hotel where reception and breakfast took place. The hotel was in a quiet corner and we were able to lock our bikes safely away in the courtyard of the main hotel.
The bathroom was spacious but we missed more hooks, a stool or a piece of furniture to hang clothes as the space would have been there. In the bedroom there was a very uncomfortable steel chair without cushion and a high foldable desk with a high chair. For the price I would have expected a comfortable seating area with 2 chairs and a small table. The bed was under the "Dachschraege" which meant you needed to lie down to watch TV. Therefore it would have been nice to have somewhere comfortable to sit.

The hotel is right inside the walls of Dinkelsbühl. The room is spacious; the breakfast was really really good. The staff are courteous and helpful. For 15 euros a day you can get reserved parking outside the hotel which has surveillance cameras. it has elevator too so it would be easier if you are on upper floors and have more than one suitcase. They can also do the washing for your clothes for 15 euros for one load.
cant think of one during our stay

Perfect location to explore this pretty town. Room was very clean and comfortable, although separated from the main hotel building where reception is. Breakfast was a short walk to the main hotel.
Parking is limited, so book in advance €14 overnight. Hotel next door is under renovation but this didn't effect us. Although the road leading directly to this accommodation is currently blocked. We needed to find an alternative route, not explained to us by the reception staff.

We arrived in the middle of a festival, so the main road to the check in hotel was closed off. We managed to get nearby, then walked to check in. We were staying in one of the buildings around the corner, which meant we had to drive through the revellers to park - made for a fun entrance! The building and the room were really lovely. We had a balcony on a courtyard, it was so hot, luckily we travelled with our own electric fan to try and get a breeze overnight. The room looks much nicer in person than on the photos, it was really nicely decorated. Breakfast was good value, back at the main hotel, and there was plenty of choice. Parking was right outside the door in a numbered space. The building is just off the main marketplace, but the room was so quiet. Perfect location.
Maybe the hotel would have warned us about the road closures to be able to drive to the door easier, but nothing at all that we didn't like.

Location, location, location! This little town so exceeded our expectations and the hotel was a big part of that. Lovely old building, but very modern and well appointed rooms, in the heart of town but a street back so very quiet. Cant praise it highly enough, stay here!
all good!

Clean, nice hotel in a beautiful village
Everything closed at 22.45 (april), last rounds were done. No lobby area where we could have a late night drink after our long days. But we managed to enjoy our drinks in one of the rooms with the mini bar stock.

It was a really nice hotel that had been recently renovated. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location is right off the main square. Parking is tricky to find given the narrow one-way streets but eventually I got it.

The room and restaurant were wonderful.
The address to check in needs to be highlighted. Fortunately, we met a kind man who was already checked in and he walked us to the desk.
