The hotel is next to a transit stop, which has a tram running to both Hauptbahnhof and Neustadt train station. The location is 24/7 accessible. Next to it is a discounter for necessities and the rooms are well designed and all the necessary features are there. The bathroom has all the necessary fluids like soap and there are enough towels for each guest. They are changed on a daily basis.
The key plus card for power combination is kinda weird, but usable. The key dangling on the card is not really a deal-breaker, but it is unusual. With the convenience of having a tram next to the hotel, it is also noisy on the street side of the hotel, especially with traffic of cars and tram running on it and the people walking on the street.

The suite was a good size, comfortable and clean, quiet room even though overlooking main street, location is great, 1min from tram stop that goes to altstadt and 1min walk to supermarket. Bathroom had a big shelf space for makeup/toiletries, a good thing personally 😊
Would be nice if they also added coffee bags/sachets & little milk sachets in the room, they only had tea bags but they did have water which was nice 😊

Nice hotel with decent, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I enjoyed the stay.
Though the hotel is very good reachable by public transport (24h tram as well as s-bahn) it is quite far from the center or the Neustadt area. Only minor thing is that the front is located on a very busy street with the noisy tram passing all night.

Staf tried it’s best for fix our problems… breakfast basic but ok; Tramway stop in from of the door easy to go to the city center.
No WiFi working inside the dormitory; old keys; cleaning more that 5 times open de room to clean when you still are in bed; no option to hang a “do not disturb” request at the door. Tiny safety box; old fridge making constant noise. The carpet in the room with an old odour to cigarette….
