The room are clean and spacious, the breakfast was great, many options and the view was great

We didn't get parking slot as the capacity only 10 cars compared to the capacity of the hotel

For the it is very important to feel safe, and the hotel is placed in a quiet neighborhood. There are a few supermarkets 15 minutes away as well as some smaller store(netto) right in the complex where the hotel is. The stuff was super nice and helpful, and all of them speak English. Breakfast was diverse and tasty with vegan options, too. I didn't use public transportation as the hotel is 20 minutes away from the central train station and the main attractions. I really loved Dresden. It is the cleanest and safest city I've visited so far in Germany and my stay at this hotel made the experience even better. I will definitely come back.

All was perfect

Great location, great breakfast and a comfortable room. Starting with the location, it is close to the city center and, on foot, you can reach the main places (Old Town) in about 15 min. The breakfast was excellent, with many options, and the staff were attentive and careful. My room had a metal-frame bed, which might not be the most comfortable if you want to lean back while reading or watching something. However, this wasn't an issue for me, and I had no problems with the mattress or pillows. The room wasn't very large, but the purpose of our city break was not to spend a lot of time there. It was more about having a nice, comfortable place to return to after visiting the Christmas market. :)

It's not something I disliked, but some people might find the bathroom curtain an issue. It's an older style, and the floor can get very wet after a shower.

Great breakfast, comfortable room and great location. It's a 20-minute walk from both the Main Train Station and the city center (old town). There's a fine bakery almost in front of the hotel, in case you don't go for the hotel breakfast (just mind that it's closed on Sundays).

We saw some bicycles at the reception, but no information was given if we could borrow or rent them, and there was no visible information as well. Be sure to ask the reception if you're interested to use them to explore the city (as it's basically flat until the old town).

Great hotel within easy walking distance of the beautiful city. So much bigger than I was expecting, right next to to Dresden's World Trade Centre, which is a lovely glass-covered space with some shops and restaurants. Has a lovely foyer bar, and a restaurant looking onto a large courtyard with a pond. The room was a little smaller than I thought it would be for a business double room, but as we were only there for 2 days, it was fine for our purpose. Big bathroom, though, with a great shower! Would definitely choose that hotel again, if we return to Dresden.

Only thing I would say is, as a 4 star hotel, it did not have porters to assist with luggage, even though they had the trolleys by the front door?? Would have been a nice touch if the bar offered Nibbles with drinks (had to pay extra)., but every hotel is different, and apart from that, we had no issues.

the chambermaid came in the morning (about 10:00) to asc how much longer we will be needing a room (?!); the administrator at the breackfast room said there are no free tables and made us be waiting for couple of minutes to enter the breackfast (?!?!), then we discovered that there was plenty of free tables; a waitress tried to prevent me to take a 0,75 l bottle of water to the table (?!?!??!!?). odd little things that ruins overall good impression

Breakfast was superb - incredible choice of hot and cold appetizers, main course, salads, fruits, deserts, beverages (juice, tea, coffee). Breakfast lasts for 4,5 hours from 6:30 to 11:00, which is convenient for both "early birds", as well as "owls". As for location: the hotel is located abt. 20 min to Altmarkt by foot, or 3 min by tram, if you use public transport.

Everything was good overall. Maybe just the view form the window was "meh" - I was just the another part of the building and some pigeons.

We tooke the room to garden view. It was quit and we liked that there wasn’t any noice. We found a free bottle water, soap and shampoo. There was a little fridge and safe. The breakfast was very delicious: moreover salmon and proseco. We also tasted coctails in the evening in lobby. Everything was good. You can park your car free on weekends in nearby streets, not opposite hotel ( there it costs approx 7E/day) but 300 m closer to down town. The bed was comfortable. Nice to come back once again to investigate Dresden.

The room and the bed were comfortable and spacious, the facilities exceeded my expectations, the location is great within walking distance to the old town and to the Elbwiesen, the breakfast was plenty and tasty, and I really enjoyed as well the lobby and terrace which was perfect to relax and get some work done outside. The suite was perfect for visiting Dresden while also having to work and write during my stay in the hotel as I could take breaks on the comfortable couch and armchair. The staff were very friendly and accommodated any kind of special requests such as check-in earlier and omelette with my breakfast from the buffet. It's the second time I have stayed here, and I will definitely come back here when I come back again to Dresden the next time. I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

Some more vegetable / salad options at the breakfast buffet, but that's really something very minor.

We stayed for just one night and it was very good. Priced according to any traditional, nice hotel and accordingly very clean and sophisticated. The bathroom was super clean, there was a beautiful garden and a big lobby. Hardly 2-3 mins walk from the tram stop.

The noise from the street outside, we couldnt keep the window open for long due to the noise. There was no kettle in the room but we didn’t even ask the reception, may be they could have provided upon request.
