The general feeling was good as it was expected by a Marriott establishment. Big, comfortable room, big closets, friendly staff. The breakfast was great with a big variety/choices - hot & cold.

The Hafen area is rather out of center, but then again, this is something one knows about before booking a place in this area. Having said that, there is always a taxi stand outside and Uber is always available for going to the city center. The Restaurant (dinner) was good but I expected something better. Some hanging hooks in the room for jackets would be useful. :)

It was a comfortable stay and I would particularly like to thank and compliment Veronica in the front reception and the chef at breakfast both of whom were so helpful and friendly 😊

The staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in early because they had a room available. The room itself was clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Good selection at breakfast. Nice location in the Hafen area

I think one of the lifts was out of order so there were sometimes very long waits for the lift

As usual this is a good hotel with high value for Money, location is super nice, the rooms are confty enough so that the reason why we are always chosing this structure when in Dusseldorf

well the parking place is a bit odd and overpriced in my opinion but i guess it's a standard in Dusseldorf

Super comfy room, very easy to sleep, very nice polite warm staff and in a very novel area

The restaurant menu choices were unbelievably limited, I am sure any decent chef would love to rustle up a lot more dishes than the paltry few on the menu here.

The location is good, half an hour away from the center but still close to the action. There is a great selection of restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The room is clean and almost exceptionally cosy. We also always love having access to the gym (??) and the sauna so that’s definitely an added value.

Not much to dislike, it’s hard to justify the price when the whole city is above average in terms of hotel fares. It would have been nice to have the bathrobes for the sauna already in the room at check-in instead of having to ask for them at the reception. Our keycards stopped working an hour or so before our check-out time limit. It was all solved quickly by the staff. If there was something I would change about the room, it would be the chair, it really doesn’t do the rest of the room justice in terms of comfort and looks. I cannot judge the restaurant because the high prices made us look elsewhere right when we heard them. Maybe the food quality justifies the price (20+€ for breakfast for example) but I don’t have a way to know.

The people, particularly at breakfast, where they seem to have a passion for giving you a good start to the day and have chefs on site to make omelettes etc. It was nice to have a reasonable rate at a relatively quiet time and a nice canal view.

I stayed there some months ago at a busy conference time and paid around Euros1000 for three nights and had an ugly view opposite a wall and fire exit - so just be aware when you book

The hotel is just ~20mins drive from the Airport, convenient approach Room is well furnished with all expected accessories, good size of the room, spacious Enjoyed the continental breakfast also comprising with multiple fruits and veggies

Position, cleanliness and a fair value for money are the reasons why we choose this hotel when we are in Düsseldorf!

Parking place a bit overpriced maybe they should make special offers in specific period of the years
