The location is great. You can walk to Altstadt in about 10-15 minutes, although there is plenty around this area. I also like the rooms, the decor and the relaxed atmosphere at this hotel. The staff are super friendly. Well done. Also, nice little touches such as you can request a Hot Water Bottle.

I would suggest that breakfast was a bit limited. I stayed for 5 nights and they put out exactly the same options every morning. Got boring very quickly and if I had stayed longer I would have gone out for breakfast. You can order eggs etc, but that wasn't made obvious, and whilst I was there they had problems with the gas cooker for a couple of days, so no omelettes. Not a big problem, but room for improvement. The lighting in the room was a bit annoying. Hunting around for the right switches.

The breakfast was excellent, with a good healthy selection of fresh choice freshly topped up on a regular basis, the hotel staff were all lovely, welcoming and friendly; and the car park was easy to access and right next to the hotel making it relaxing and convenient for our stay. Room and facilities were excellent, location was super too and there was a lovely little garden in the hotel where you could enjoy a quiet pre dinner drink.

Staff were very friendly, the room was basic but functional and clean. I wasn't able to try the breakfast so I can't comment on it. A short walk from Ergo Platz underground station. Overall the hotel is not flashy but does the job very well.

The location is not central, but if that's not an issue for you (it wasn't for me) then you have nothing to worry about. Underground station is 4 mins away and you could walk to the city centre in 30 minutes

The hot cocoa in the room was amazing lol. In general, everything was modern, comfortable, a lot of attention to detail, there was a hair conditioner and a hand moisturizer dispenser and stuff like that. Great view, birds chirping, greenery, little balcony for smokers. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. Location was great, a short walk from a beautiful park and city center. Staff was very polite and accommodating.

Friendly staff with very good English, breakfast was nice, just note that you can order hot food as well as the selection of foods on display (this wasn’t very clear) The staff pre ordered a taxi for us for the next morning, nothing was too much trouble.

Only down side we could find was that we had no hand soap or shampoo in the room bathroom dispensers, (a downside to using black receptacles, they cannot see how full they are or not)

I loved how the room looked like, the balcony was spacious and nice, the bed was comfortable and the location is great, restaurants near you as well as a beautiful church and a supermarket around the corner.

I was expecting the gym to be better to be honest, it is mostly there for cardio workouts which I got roaming the city.

Delicious breakfast. Although the hotel is a bit far from the old town (15 min walk), everything was easy to get nearby, including REWE, restaurants, cafe, and frozen yogurt. Highly recommended. The building was not brand-new, but the linen was clean and comfortable.

I could park my car in the parking lot next to the hotel. But, I am wondering if the discount (22 Euro) I got from the hotel is cheaper than the one that the parking lot provides for a daily maximum of 20 Euro. But, no problem. It didn't change my impression of the staying.

Hotel Indigo Dusseldorf is located at an excellent area, close to the old city of Dusseldorf (Altstadt), 2 stops away from Heinrich Heine Alee. There are several good options for lunch and dinner at a walking distance. I strongly recommend to choose this hotel.

We checked-in at 15:00 as mentioned through booking, but it would be a good option if the hotel can offer check-in before 15:00. I am recommending this because sometimes flights arriving Dusseldorf in the morning and it would be a useful benefit to visitors. It is just a recommendation and not a problem. In general it's an excellent hotel to stay!

Size of the well-equipped and clean room with sufficient storage space, including in the bathroom. Cleverly furnished with TV integrated in a shelf function. Nice design relating to decades of fashion - with enjoyable colour coding in the boutique hotel- style room. Relaxing location by a quiet street and room facing a green and quiet garden. Good breakfast and as a plus - seating area at breakfast in the green and quiet garden.
