I love a Radisson Blu, you know exactly what you’re going to get and it’s always clean, comfortable and with very friendly staff.

This is rather trivial, but I was surprised about the hotel bar opening times - it was closed on Sunday and I’ve never come across this in a hotel or a Radisson before. Since I was there on a holiday, and Sunday happened to be our last night, we had hoped to enjoy a few drinks before bed. It also didn’t appear to be open on Monday early afternoon for people to have tea or coffee. I’ve stayed at another Radisson Blu in Düsseldorf where the bar was always open and perhaps RB Media Harbour just runs differently but I was expecting the same experience.

Fantastic hotel. Great breakfast. Fantastic room. We were surprised to find a clear, glass section of the wall between the bathroom shower and the main room. Makes for a great show!! I bit trendy for younger folk perhaps, but not necessarily needed for us older folk. Nevertheless, the room was fantastic, as would be expected rom the Raddison name. It was a few blocks from the waterfront and main walking streets, but that kept us away from the very crowded main tourist areas while still being within reasonable walking distance. About 5 min walk away from the Rheinturm. Right next door to Okinii. The location makes it easy to get to while avoiding the downtown traffic.

Parking was right under the hotel, but definitely designed for smaller cars. I would not recommend taking a full size car or SUV into it. Overall, however, there was nothing to not like.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Media Harbour Hotel in Düsseldorf for a business trip, and it was a good choice. The location was perfect for my business needs. The room was well-equipped (kettle, coffee, tea, hair dryer) with a comfortable bed and a spacious work area. The Wi-Fi was reliable.

Nothing to complain about - maybe one thing is that I didn't see an iron in the room and that comes in handy sometimes. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially to those visiting for business purposes.

Breakfast a bit poor, not many options. 20-25euro each day per person is too much when you can get more for less on the bakery up the street.

Nince location, big enough room, the breakfast good! Easy access to the public transport. Interesting spots surrounding like architect and riverside.

I prefer bath instead of shower. Options for indoor sports? I don't know if any gym there (running pad or such thing for basic daily activity) - but that's not important for 1-2 nights anyway.

Had a very comfortable stay. Room is spacious with great facilities. The location was perfect for us with a dog to enjoy river side walk to the old town. Good prompt support from hotel team.

More options for Vegan would be great: a good varieties of fresh fruits, veggies etc. Seems a bit of shortage of the hotel staff members.

Air conditioning did not work which made sleeping uncomfortable

The receptionist (Ellie?) was fantastic. Informed me that my room would be at a certain floor with the iron/ironing room ready as per my request. Have stayed in many hotels under loyalty memberships but most never bother to read the soecial requests that have been filled during reservation. The other receptionist handling my check out was also very helpful and friendly.

Room could do with some relifting. Not sure why the corridors smelled a bit.

Room was very cozy, the bed was very comfortable. Shower and bathroom in general is beautiful. Connection to the city is great, there’s tram station just couple meters away.

TV wasn’t smart, no Netflix/Wow or anything. TV itself was able to connect to my phone but connecting to IPhone/iPad was very complicated because it didn’t work well.

The property was ideally suited for the areas we wanted to visit. Very nice by the waterfront. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Room was great for the most part. Certainly comfortable and well appointed.

Some fixtures and odds and ends were very cheap. The faucets for both sinks in the bathroom room were loose and wobbly. Cheap materials that are not holding up well. A little disappointing given what was being charged for the room.
