The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. The variety and quality of the food were impressive (breakfast is included in the price - and what a great service!). The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and attended with big smiles to my needs. After hour check-in process was seamless for my late arrival. 7 min drive to the airport made my layover stress-free and smooth. I definitely return on my next trip thru Munich.

I loved everything - especially the hospitality made a significant difference in my experience.

The property was close to the airport but still in a rural setting. You could hear the rooster in the morning. We had an overnight layover so it was perfect. The place was super clean and had a modern styling. The bed was very comfortable. We love the double duvets in Germany. We had breakfast and the food was terrific. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

We arrived after the front desk was closed. While trying to charge all our devices, I tripped the circuit breaker. Since there was nobody at the desk, I called the emergency phone number at the front desk. Nobody answered. Now it wasn’t a big deal for us, we just used our phones and went to bed early but if there was a significant problem that needed attention, there needs to be a more reliable way to get some assistance

I arrived after the reception desk was closed. They had my electronic key in an envelope pinned to a bulletin board outside the entrance. I was able to fill out the registration and leave on the front desk. The room was spacious and extremely clean. At breakfast (included in the price) you had a choice of five or six preset plates to choose from. depending on your dietary needs. The women who attended to the guests were very attentive to your need. The preset menu certainly offered enough to eat. I really appreciate that the room included a desk and a reading lamp to comfortably work. A big advantage to staying at the Claro Garni was the ample free parking and the proximity to the airport. for turning in my rental car.

The hotel is in the flight path of the Munich airport so you could hear some of the jets landing in the early evening but it was not a problem later, when it was time to sleep. There were not any options for restaurants near the hotel.

The room was very clean and had everything which was required .The Internet worked sufficient for my needs. The bathroom is very spacious with an amazing shower . Did not make it for breakfast as I was running late to catch plane.

The room and bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. We arrived late but was able to easily check in ourselves. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we got up late. Nice benefit of staying here was we were able to purchase tickets for Therme Erding.

Very nice staff, tasty and plentiful breakfast (don't hesitate to ask for "refill" if needed), clean and comfortable room, and only 15 minutes drive from the airport

If only there was a kettle in the room, our experience would've been so much better! We arrived late in the evening, and couldn't even get a cup of tea, and there was nobody at the reception. The reception is only open in the morning, and only till 10:30, which left us with a feeling that we don't know what to do if we'll need assistance with anything in the room. Maybe there was a phone number written somewhere for such cases, but I didn't see it...

Everything was great! The room was spacious, clean, up to date, and it even had floor heaters in the bathroom and entryway! Even with being near the airport, the room was extremely quiet with the windows closed. There was ample free parking, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast options were ample and delicious!

Honestly, there was nothing that this hotel left me desiring.

The location is situated in a small vilage near Munich airport. You have free parking and the guest is verry explicit in making your check in easy and simple. The room was big enough for us - 2 adults and 2 children. The breakfast was a la carte and you could chose from many options and was good. The room was clean and quiet even if is close to the airport.

Lovely room, it was a humid night and the fan provided was a bonus. The mosquito guard on the window was an excellent idea. The breakfast choice was well considered, with multiple options. NB. If you are concerned about noise, and you sleep with the windows open please don't book to stay, as the hotel is quite near to the airport (and the hotel is not responsible for such issues).....the aeroplanes.didn't both us at all, as we are in the training flight path for the RAF at home! ....and it is less than 10 minutes walk to a family pizzeria for dinner at 'Da Massimo'

Nothing, I personally am not a fan of memory foam mattresses, but that is my issue not the hotels.

The photos of the hotel on booking.com was mainly showing therme erding which we consider it misleading. The hotel actually is 15 minutes away from the Therme and they offer only 2 euros voucher for day pass which is around 60 euros.
