The property was perfect for what we booked it for. The location was great, as we were going to the Adele World nearby. There is great transport links, we got the bus and then the S-Bahn to the airport and it only took less than 40 mins in total to get there. It’s quite far out from the centre, so wouldn’t be the best place to stay to explore Munich. The room was great, it was clean and very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The check-in process after hours requires one to call, yet visitors from out of Germany will not have local mobile lines. One of the staff members who was finishing off duty left without giving assistance.

Very nice and clean hotel. Location near highway. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Check in/out easy. If you are coming after 23h just call hotel and they will give you a code and leave your keys in key box. if you checking out early leave keys in box. Free parking around hotel. Highly recommend.

Check out is till 12h but cleaning lady knocking on the door at 9h and open the room with key!?? We are arrived late at night so we try to sleep longer then usual regarding late check out. Than again knocking around 10h so we are forced to leave, there is no more sense to resting. This is big minus.

Location is the best, bus stop just right in front of the hotel Breakfast is the best, with plenty of choices.

My room 319, the Shower drain not perfect, water easily spill out to the toilet floor. And the Hair dryer mounting came off, need to re secure it

the hotel don't sell water at reception, i have no place that i can get some water. It would be appreciated a lot if the hotel can offer at least 2 free bottle in room everyday.

Staff on reception were great on arrival, helping with where to go for food and bus/train routes back to airport. Excellent service

Only continental breakfast, small bedding for two in double bed. No evening food.

Great hotel just off the motorway. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and they have late check in.

I would have been great to have rooms with 2 single beds so the kids could sleep on separate beds. Or large family rooms.

5 minutes by car to Messe. My room has cold (the heater was broken), but the staff provided me an alternative room immediately

We have came to hotel too late and there was no responsible but they have an automatic system front of the door, they have solved the out problem as soon as posible. Ty for everything.
