Everything was perfect! Good connection to the U6 line to Munich, friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was exceptional!

Courtyard by Marriott is always a nice experience. Hotel is located around 20 kms from Munich City Center but there is a metro station right next to the Hotel making it convenient to reach the city center. The price which I paid for 4 nights stay was pretty high due to Oktoberfest but otherwise on normal days, it would be reasonable. Overall a nice and comfortable stay. Please note that there are very not many shops / restaurants near by to this location so Hotel becomes the only option for dinner.

I didn't book breakfast with booking.com and thought I will pay directly at the hotel but the charge was high. Also, there was a guy at the reception who told me to pay at the reception for 20 Euros as the restaurant would charge 25 Euros. But the very next day morning at the reception, the lady told me it's 25 Euros per person. Better to book it in advance with booking.com to avoid paying high at the hotel.

The room was big and comfortable. The hotel is a few meters away from the metro station. I had dinner once at the hotel and it was good.

The cleaning could be improved. I'm not sure the thermostat worked, I found the room to be too warm and changing the temperature didn't do much. Once, the the cleaning personal forgot the window open and with outside temperatures of 0 C, I found the room cold at night. The breakfast is too expensive for my needs. I wish I could only pay for a coffee and a croissant, but they do not offer this option. And there is no bidet. The TV language is only in german and it was impossible to change it.

Clean rooms, business, plus mixed Flight staff and flight travellers, plus "autobahn"stop over guests, and science visitors so good mixed purpose clientele. Good sound protection between rooms and also for the outside early delivery vans, the evenings are rather quiet outside. One needs to know that the U6 ( Underground ) to Munich is straight Infront of the Hotel and that during the work week there is a baker open very early already and from lunchtime a Kebab and a noodle business across the road open.

Guests used the "business" PC corner to eat and drink together. If no-one wants to use it, OK, but it would be nice if there was enough accommodation for both groups.

As we know the area we'll and know the way in and out of Munich plus the offerings of restaurants in the surrounding it is all easy for us. For the nearby Autobahn #9 this is a good hotel i.o. to have a break from driving. It's main purpose is to serve the Uni-Science visitors as this is one of Germany's leading Science centers which center has been home to two Nobel price laureates. If you have no car the underground U6 is right in front of the hotel and brings you in one stop to Garching town with a few restaurants and coffee places as well as the somewhat longer journey but straight into Munich city ! If you don't mind a little walk there is a huge free parking at the entrance of this science centre area mend for the workers and visitors alike. In front of the hotel and underground one can daily park for a small fee ( gets regularly checked ) for having paid. The Hotel is rather new, and this is reflected in the rooms that do not show signs of wear and tear.

Not too bad, for us as we know our way around, but this summer months, one depends on a few very good and knowledgeable staff who at the same time have to train new staff and the high work rate of this key staff makes it possible that one manages the many daily changing guests remarkably well.

The staff is kind of a mixed bag. Some were fantastic, warm, and kind, some were very unpleasant, and rude. The gym is a bit of a disappointment. Stayed there for two weeks for a conference, chose this hotel over others because it showed to have a gym. In only has a bench. And weights that go only up to 22kg. Not meant for people who actually train with weights. If your gym routine is important for you, skip this one.

The hotel was excellently located for the business centrum. The breakfast had many options, healthy and none. The restaurant was nice and the food was of great quality. The reception staff was particularly excellent, able to accomodate any request. The room was comfy and well decorated with all necessary amenities. The gym was small but adequately equipped.

The bathroom had some mold in the grout, maybe it could be cleaned out.

Dinner is extremely simple. Ceasar salad for those how are interested is fine. But the burgers were bit different from what we are used to and not so delisious. Location in “industrial district” give not many option for restaurants so they might give that field some more focus. Most German guesthouses serve more complicated and better food selection.

Great location for when we only have a night in Munich. It is in a quiet neighborhood, access to the train. Restaurant has vegan options for breakfast and the main menu for dinner.

We usually stay here after an overnight flight, and most hotels do not have a guaranteed early check in, but it would be wonderful if the hotel had an easy process to book the night before knowing it would be guaranteed when I arrive the next day.
