Located between Wuerzburg, Bamberg, Bayreuth and Nuernberg, one was spoilt for choice as to which to visit first. The property is in a pastoral setting, so the chatter of the birds is the usual sound heard. Close to Geiselwind just off the A3, with its wealth of restaurants, it is an exceptional place to stay if one is a dedicated tourist. Several destinations nearby would appeal to families whose children need entertainment. Excellent bitcher and baker in Geiselwind for self-catering. For hikers and wanderers, the Steigerwald is on your doorstep. Free parking, and good wifi.

Room was delightful. Clean, spacious, comfy beds The room even has a coffee machine and coffee pods are provided. There's a private bathroom, which is pretty cool. Tv in room Towels provided and there was a balcony with the room No staff there as it is self sign in, we were due to arrive pretty late so messaged hotel owner via booking.com and there was a quick reply with clear instructions Great for those who are with car as location is remote. Free parking right outside hotel, in front of Lake.

In the countryside, quiet and at the same time easy access to the nearby Autobahn, as well as central to the places I wanted to visit. The room was functional, basic while at the same time modern with all facilities in very good working order and low key, appealing ambience. The italian restaurant offered lively service and very tasty food, a pity though, that it wasn't open on a Monday. I especially enjoyed the view from the balcony in the early morning hours.

Bathroom is not separated from the room by wall (only glass door/wall and not attached to the ceiling), so you have no privacy and can hear everything. It was not problem for us, but it is not for everyone.

what a fantastic place this was. Located in a quiet little village we found this hotel to be a real gem. Complete with a fantastic Italian restaurant. And I was able to park our motorcycle off the road.

Nice, clean, good location, quiet. Restaurant in hotel and Francesco's pasta was the best i ever had.. Also wine we had was top quality. Quite frankly can not fault anything during our 1 night stay.

The hotel is good for traveling thru, near the autobahn. The building is old, but the rooms are nicely renovated. You get a code to get in the same day as check-in, easy, and you can arrive whenever you like. The bread at the breakfast seemed to be fresh, at least they were warm.

I had a room in the corner, so there was some noice from the road outside in the night. At the breakfast there was no personnel and I couldn't find some spoons, so it was not possible to eat the yoghurt.

Good location, arriving and leaving without the need of reception.

There were no shades in our room so the sun began to shine right into bedroom at 6 in the morning, the toilets are not completely closed so the water vapors from shower and the smell from the toilets goes into the room.
