- The experienced man at the reception was very friendly, helpful and professional. - Clean hotel and pleasant staff - insanely beautiful lobby balcony view - close to eibsee (around 10-15 mins by bus) - A beautiful short hiking trail right in front of the hotel - Has good E-bikes for rent at a reasonable price - good breakfast buffet

- close to eibsee but a bit farther away to garmish partenkirchen center by bus (longish route and the bus 9840(?) was never ever on time in our 4 day stay) - room TV should be placed in a museum. although it does not matter in a place like this.

We were greeted on arrival by a very friendly man who showed us to our rooms and explained the facilities in and around the hotel. Our rooms were great and nicely decorated. We paid a little extra to have them with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Highly recommended. There was a tea/coffee maker in the room, as well as fabulous slippers, bath ropes and plenty of towels. Nice toiletries. The swimming pool and spa are small but lovely, with plenty of sunbeds inside and out. We were lucky with the weather and were able to have breakfast outside. There is a nice buffet with lots of choice. Free spacious parking.

I thought it was funny that there were scales in the bathroom. :-)) Less funny was seeing how much weight I had put on during the trip.

Very welcoming & friendly reception staff..so pleasant . Good breakfast & excellent cake & coffee on the one afternoon we were able to have it. Good location , short walk to the village. Our room had a breathtaking mountain view...could not be surpassed.

Although we enjoyed an evening meal on our first night the set menu choice was a bit limiting ( we ate elsewhere on other nights) The dining room was a bit formal for a casual holiday meal. A few stairs with no handrail on our corridor was a challenge for me

The hotel is located in a beautiful environment and walking distant from a small authentic village. We were travelling with our dog and this hotel is extremely welcoming. They even prepared some snacks for our dog! The food served in the restaurant is a bit expensive, but also delicious so worth the money. We would definitely come back!

A la carte menu would be a great addition, that’s really all i would change. not a negative as such, just a nice addition if you want to dine in house and not fancy the set course menu

The hotel is very pretty. The views are good from the outdoor seated area. The staff were really helpful. They have nice spa, bike hire and plenty other facilities.

Quite expensive for any add ons. Still and sparkling water €4 each. There was mirror in bedroom which I found strange as most people like to have a look at who they are before heading out.

Very beautiful and quite fancy hotel. The staff in the reception was always friendly and helpful, we could book tickets for the Zugspitze directly with them. The view from our balcony was amazing!

Everything good

This is a beautiful hotel and it’s well worth getting the south facing rooms with a view of the Zugspitz - the views are spectacular. The meals were lovely and breakfast on the terrace was especially memorable.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful area, with a clean view too Sugspitze. The staff is very helpful and service minded, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. I can highly recommend a stay at the hotel.

Beautiful location with hiking trails right outside the hotel. The dining experience in the morning and the evening were delicious. Staff was very kind and helpful. Plenty of parking. Easy to walk to town. Bus passes were given by the hotel and was very nice to have.
