Parking was hit and miss no guarantee you can park (and pay €14 a day for parking which should be included) as the hotel can get full quickly. The location can get noisy with vehicular traffic as it's located on a busy junction, so ask for a room at the back off the main road, which can interrupt sleep patterns. No cupboards just hangers, but limited so depends if you are looking on a long or short stay

The property is conveniently placed for travel networks and convenience to bars and restaurants within the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a very good continental breakfast with plenty of choice.

Car parking can be an issue onsite but there are alternatives within walking distance.

Clean, specious rooms, perfect for a family with 2 kids. Exceptional breakfast and perfect location, just in the centre of the town but close to motorway. Its a win win.

Google maps are leading to the side of the hotel, difficult to find a parking. Maybe hotel should properly pin location to avoid misleading as some streets are one way

We had very nice stay in Holiday Inn in Gutersloh. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast delicious with very wide selection (pancake machine was especially appreciated by our kids). Nice and helpful staff.

This was our second stay in this hotel and again, we had nothing to complain about.

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean, modern and spacious. Breakfast tasty with many choices, staff friendly and helpful. Parking was not included in the price but we parked on the street for some small amount of money. Location is also good- in the city centre.

Maybe a small fridge in the room.

Lovely location. The staff member on reception that evening was helpful, polite and very friendly, and in all honestly an hilarious guy.The room was clean spacious, and had an option of requesting forgotten items (toothbrush, razors etc) which was very handy!

Fantastic hotel, perfect for a stopover as very close to the motorway. Fantastic staff. Great room with great facilities, very comfortable beds. Car park at the hotel so we were happy to leave the car there. Very nice Kebab shop nearby :)

The Breakfast must be booked and it was just average. No vegan milk alternatives, the orange juice was just a "Nektar-Automat", and for cereals, I'd expected some plain oats, but there was only a "Früchtemüsli". Nowadays I already expect it to be normal to provide vegan alternatives.

I did not notice cleaning system. Must make ask when to get cleaning. System ok, but I didn't notice text in lifts.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. Reception open 24hrs and staff was very nice. Very big room.

If you like firm mattresses then it is the right choice. I do so it was OK although I slept on more comfy ones elsewhere.
