We liked the fact that it was easily reachable from the highway. The room was set up for 4 people (adults) with two sofa beds already prepared as beds. As the kids normally sleep in a baby bed or with the parents, a baby cot would have been nice. The breakfast was good and had enough choice for the price. We appreciated that the staff was accommodating to kids. It was no problem to order food and eat in the room.

The double bed was made up of two single mattresses, which kept sliding to the sides and making a gap in the middle. As I said, in our case, our two small kids often end up on the parents' bed in the night, this was an issue as they would slide in between the mattresses. A big double or queen mattress and the possibility to get a baby cot would have been better in our case.

Location was perfect for me. I needed to be close to the hospital, therefore I rate location as excellent + quite close to XXXLutz for quick lunch/dinner. There are free parking spots around the hotel but when you don't feel like driving around - spacious garage is available for a symbolic price.

The heater was not working in the first room which they have given, after the request, they checked the issue immediately and given an alternative room. The person on front desk was super helpful.

There was bit a bad smell when entered in to the room but cleared off after the windows were opened for a while.

It was ok. Personals are active and friendly. The first room they gave, I didn't like it because it was down and too quiet nothing to see through the window. I asked them to change and thry did. Got a room in the second floor and then we could take a view and that was cool. Breakfast was great. Crunchy Brötchen and comfortable places to seat. Room is neat, bathroom very reasonable size

The Internet very bad, very bad. I ended up exhausting my mobile data.

I chose this hotel because it is across the river from the city center, very close to traffic arteries to outlying areas, where my family members live. I was given a good-sized room (free upgrade) at the back, which meant that I got no traffic noise whatsoever (the hotel has a nice, quiet location anyway). The breakfast buffet is ample and very satisfying, the wifi works well, and there are two underground parking garages as well as some above-ground parking spaces. The garages cost 5 Euros a night, not exorbitant. You are on the ring road out of town in 5 minutes or less. The staff at the front desk and the bar and buffet were very pleasant and knowledgeable, and most speak good English as well as German. You can get a simple but tasty dinner here, either pizza or thin-crust Alsatian tart with a fine selection of drinks. In six days I was able to get a lot of genealogical research done in Heilbronn and visit family both in the city and in the surrounding countryside.

There are only two things wrong with this hotel in my view. One is that there doesn't seem to be good public transportation into the old town of Heilbronn. There is a city train, but it's a bit of a walk to the station and it doesn't run often. I have to admit I don't know about bus transport. However, the desk staff can call a taxi for you and the price (about 15 Euro) is not exorbitant. You can also walk into town using the bike paths (I would recommend using a city map or GPS), that takes about 25 minutes. The second, far smaller problem was that the cleaning crew forgot to clean my room one day, but I think that was partly my fault, as I was working at the desk in the room until about noon.

Very small room for 4 beds, very smaller bathroom. The minifridge does not do almost anything, is not broken but perhaps provides 4-5 degrees less than in the room. A lot of dust beneath the beds or corners.

The hotel is well located and offered all the comforts I needed for my short stay. I enjoyed the breakfast and the friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

The mattress was not the best. However, I slept well after a long day.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good value for money. We had a 4 person room including breakfast and the room was comfy, spacious and clean. Parking in garage was possible for only 9 EUR. There was also a nice gym and sauna but unfortunately we did not have enough time to try it.

Location was a back street, had the underground car park been full, then no other parking available. Was expecting the restaurant to be available but found this to be closed over the weekend. Thankfully the only person on duty was able to help order a takeaway.
