Reception friendly . Immediately along bicycle trail with good inside bike storage . Read a some of the reviews and had a little trepidation but really glad we stayed here . Our room #17 was on the ground floor in the Annex a short walk across the road from the main hotel . Really not a room, it was a small suite with sitting room , modern bathroom and patio onto the back garden . Great Internet . Obviously if it were warm and many people out in the garden smoking and drinking it certainly would be problematic but cool today ! On site restaurant quite good with many food choices . Breakfast very good with multiple food options .

Everything was lovely! Definitely book dinner at the restaurant and get the salad to start. It was DELICIOUS. Breakfast was equally as wonderful with all kinds of foods to choose from. As for the facilities, the pool and hot tub were in great condition and clean. And all the spa features were relaxing and comfortable. The staff was also friendly and helpful! All in all we loved our short stay, our only regret is that we didn’t have a few more days. Next year we’ll be back but for longer.

Everything was lovely and exactly as I’d expected (actually better!) from the description and photos that were shown.

The breakfast buffet was extravagant and delicious. The woman who prepares it pays attention to detail. Our room was very nice, exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The beer in the mini-fridge was not mini and not over-priced. We loved our stay.

I couldn’t figure out how to find when someone would be at the front desk. When I checked out, I just left the key and euros for the beer.

We travelled as a family with our 9 month old baby. We chose a family room and we were very happy with the size and layout. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very clean. There is a selection of supermarkets nearby which is useful. A very nice hotel and location overall.

It would have been better if we'd known in advance that some rooms are situated away from the main hotel complex (across a busy road). It's only a 5 minute walk, but it would have saved us unpacking and then repacking the car when we arrived to check in.

the choice of served meal was good but not excellent. e.g., I used to find bacon or wuerstchen to scrambled eggs. Pity, these were absent

It is not hotels fault but, if you try using bus connections to Kuenzelsau, these are rich in the morning and after school, rest of the day is quite uneasy to get there in time.

May be have some smoked salmon at breakfast - that would be good. Many people dont eat meat but do eat fish.

Enormous spiders in bedroom, some looked like they had been living there for a while, for example up above curtain rails there were 4 large spiders, over our bed there were 2 huge ones

Really great hotel and restaurant, the facilities are nice and exceeded all expectations. The wellness area is super nice and enjoyable.

Breakfasts - tasty and varied Cleanliness Balcony and space in the room Personel is always helpful and nice. They take care of well-being of guests. Hotel restaurant - tasty regional food.
