A comfortable, quaint and friendly hotel, with local character situated near Kempten town centre. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Other reviews say the breakfasts are good, it’s true, they’re perfect; a wide and varied choice of quality products served in a nice dinning room. Certainly a hotel my wife and me will stop off again when we’re next passing through.

Sylvia, the owner, is a lovely lady and very helpful. She let us park our motorcycles in the hotel garage overnight. She also recommended a nearby traditional German brewery/restaurant where we had a nice meal. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and very nicely prepared. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I cant think of anything I disliked.

The room was clean and large. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. All items were fresh and there was a wide selection. The coffee was delicious and the service was fantastic. The parking was ideal, and we felt safe where our car was parked. The locations was great and we enjoyed parking then walking to the old town for dinner and exploration. The hotel staff was so very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The young lady on reception was delightful, very helpful. Parking was ideal. Having the Italian restaurant next door was very good as the food and the service there were great. Breakfast was excellent after a lovely walk down to the Basilica and around the beautiful town.

Availability of a hot drink on arrival either in room or in lounge would have been good as would less noise from the heating unit in the room. That's all.

Staff were overwhelmingly kind and helpful. They emailed us with detailed check-in instructions to accommodate our arrival time and were very friendly in person. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Delicious full breakfast and lovely wait-staff.

Rooms were hot and hard to cool down at night, but the hotel can’t change the weather.

Excellent breakfast, very clean and quiet room, very friendly and helpful host. Great location close to downtown, with many shops and restaurants in short walking distance. Taxi stand and bus terminal close by.

No elevator, but didn’t need it with light luggage.

My trip did not go planned, due to flight disruptions etc. Sylvia kept in touch throughout and could not do enough to ensure that I was comfortable. This is what genuine hospitality is all about. Lovely breakfast and lovelier couple running the hotel. I will be back!

Very central hotel. Clean and convenient. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the stairs! Reception on 1st floor, room on 2nd floor. Car parking was a bit of a faff.

The hotel was comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very accommodating.

There was only limited parking on site. There was a pay park nearby.

The staff is amazing and the room is a cozy place to stay. It's clean and with good internet connection, the hardness of the matress is exactly how I want it.

Sometimes I can hear the noise from the corridor, but not a big deal.
