Every thing is good. Staff, location, room size, room cleanliness, view from room & what not. Everything is good. There is a roof top Japanese restaurant, which was a big surprise to have full fledged Japanese restaurant in a small town like Kempten. Hotel is located in middle of town. a unique balcony, which is part of room as well as it is a separated from room. Staff is ever smiling, very swift & ever caring.

Underground Parking is the most horrible parking I have ever come across in my travel of 20 years in Europe. One cant park the car without damaging it. I was unfortunate to get a heavy scratch & dent on my rear fender. It seems that, it was an underground bunker in second world war & now converted to car parking. My advise, don't dare to park your car in the garrage.

Real high rise fabulous views from the restaurant on the 13th floor. Nice room quite large clean and comfy. Proper hotel parking for an inner city hotel, underground, perfect. Vending machine for snacks and a coffee machine. Nice.

Finding the front door was a bit of a challenge, up the side street with the ramp, otherwise Looking down - eek!

The room was enormous. Comfortable bed. Great balcony. A kettle in the room. A pair of very nice armchairs and a coffee table. Excellent pizza restaurant in the same building. Great gym for those who are interested.

Finding a garage was a little cumbersome. The shower wanted some attention.

Very kind and professional staff. Nice to have a very good breakfast on the 13th floor. Restaurant could be improved. Very well positioned, with a garage at the property. Pet friendly. The large modern rooms with very nice view. Kempten is a nice place.

They gave a very large room with balcony. It was comfortable for 3 people. The breakfast was sufficient. Reception staff were friendly.

The room was Huge!! It had a sort of sliding bed so you could move it, that was a first for me. Big balcony too. It had a bathtub wich was also nice. The location was very good and for the price it was unreal. Very happy.

The bathroom was a bit outdated compared to the hotel and the room.

They didn't have an AC. They did provide a very good fan though but I would have preferred an AC because I've been there in peak summer and it was extremely hot

Perfect location, nice parking place

It was very warm in the room, we had to sleep with window open even though it was middle of the winter.

The room was spacious and clean and had somewhat of indoor terrace. We travelled with our small dog so it was great that the hotel is pet friendly. Breakfast buffet had many options which is always a plus.

Great location in the middle of Kempten. The room was huge...but mostly empty. Awesome breakfast on the 13th floor with a panoramic view! Unfortunately the Sky Lounge was closed due to COVID.

The front desk and lobby were mostly closed, possibly due to staffing shortages. You had to search for a backdoor to enter the hotel. The giant room had 2 twin beds on wheels (no breaks or locking system!) sliding side to side. It seemed that the room was partially remodeled with new floors and paint; however, the lamp and stained sofa was picked up at a yard sale. In dire need of furniture and design.
