The property is very central, the staff super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, but the facilities looked very nice. We had an amazing view out to the rhine river that we enjoyed every morning!

The room design and hotel appearance was definitely dated, which provided for a bad first impression. There is not much to do (like a spa or anything), other than a meeting room that can be booked. Due to the room being roadside and we booked in the middle of Christmas market time, the traffic was definitely audible and many sirens going off.

The hotel overlooks the Rhine. It is convenient for the centre of the city. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of items available at breakfast. The single room was of a good size, fairly modern and had a coffee machine. It was a keenly priced hotel. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The lift is very small, which was not an issue for me.

The owner and staff were wonderful. Very gracious Alli was his name. This is a family run hotel, and it was extremely clean throughout 👌. The breakfast was exceptional. So many great choices, and you can make your fresh orange juice from their hand cranked orange juicer. Super super location on the Rhine!

Everything perfect!

Everything was ok, I have no big complains. Great place, near the Heumarkt, all hotspots can be easilly reached by foot.

Poor breakfast and cold rooms. The hotel should turn on the heating at least before arriving of the guest. Probably, due to the energy saving reasons, the heating in the room was switched off by arriving. On the next day, a housemaid left a window open while tyding the rooms. As I came back in the evening it was left opened, and the room was cold again.

The key was actually a real key and not a card. So if you’re friends, one of you won’t have a key 😆

This was very quiet and clean and comfortable. I did not have the breakfast, but it smelled good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There was no fridge in the room. There is construction around the hotel, but this will pass. The city tax is quite high, but not the hotel's fault.

The room had a decent view of the Rhine, and the location was pretty good. It was a modern room and had decent windows and heating.

I think there's a risk of noise, my room was above a bar it seemed, and an early night as planned was difficult, even ear plugs only just about made it work.

The location is perfect if you plan to visit all the christmas markets and museums.

I hate carpets on hotel rooms as they can never be as clean as floor boards. Maybe parking was a bit expensive but still fine.

the hotel is in a very nice location, right next to the Rhine and a short walk from the city centre. the room was very comfortable. stuff was very helpful

It was getting very warm during the day, so the lack of airconditioning is something to consider. There was a small fan in the room to help.

The hotel was easy to reach from the train station and it was close to the main attractions in the city centre. I could see the river from my window. The room was quite clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was smaller than expected but it was ok.
