Beautiful, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Fantastic location for cologne airport.

Location, although super close to the airport is in a building site with rubble for roads and opposite a temporary housing complex for homeless/migrants. Parking should be free for hotel guests!

The room itself is really nice and modern and quite spacious - maybe for a one person. I liked how the you can control blinds, had good AC/Fan, good natural light and the smart TV was great (you can cast from phone/laptop and has an accessible hdmi port. Shower was great too.

The beds were mediocre but the pillows for me wasnt nice, i didnt get a good nice sleep due to it at all. Also the cleanes.. made the room cleaned and presentable everyday however, they didnt change the sheets or did they take trash out that wasnt in the bin (i had food boxes that could not fit in the bin so i had it by it, and when I came in from being out all day, the room looked cleaned but the boxes was still there). And the one thing that out me off is that they didn't change the bed sheets at all. Location - given that it was by the airport.. it was literally in the middle of nowhere, i think it was a 15/20 min walk to the nearest shops which felt longer in the heat.

The shuttle service was amazing. Both picking up and dropping off was AMAZING and both drivers were very professional and making me feel listened and valued. I was not like a shelve at the back

Well, to be honest and although I do understand they why, I think the price of the breakfast was extremely high. I dont want to compare, as I did not have it because of the price, but I the price would have been cheaper around 12 to 15€, I we all would have definitely had breakfast. Again, I understand it might be a competitive price but I live in London and although you have those prices and higher, the norm it's around the price I said.

The cleanness and friendly staff !! The hotel is located in a quiet place near the airport. It is very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily I like they give free shower samples from a standard mark but you have to ask for them. The extra hard beddings for the extra beds In the night the rooms are full dark..a led light or nightlight that you can switch of would be good so can find your way without to open any side/nighttable light(there are light enough but so you can find the light better They ask 5 euro for room service when deliver food in the room. Although they deliver your moctails/cocktails at your room The free espresso machine has to be changed The garbage baskets need eco composable bags that feels more clean The free slippers(not everyone like toe slippers) The doors are making much noise when closed

We liked everything. Check-in was super easy, and the staff at the reception was quite helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. we strongly recommend the hotel to everyone. It will definitely be our first choice for our next visit to Cologne.

There was nothing that we disliked. However, although it is not a problem for us (Since we have traveled by car), the hotel is situated in an industrial area, far from a village. This may be a problem for someone without suitable transport to find alternatives for lunch or dinner. We did not eat at the hotel, but I bought two bottles of still water from the bar, and the price per bottle was ridiculously high. For this reason, I think that drinking and eating at the hotel could cost exceptionally and unnecessarily high, and this issue should be addressed by the hotel management.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home right from the start. The Christmas vibes throughout the hotel added a festive charm, creating a warm and cheerful atmosphere. The room facilities were top-notch, with everything thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The hotel's modern decor and amenities were the icing on the cake, blending style and functionality perfectly.

it's worth noting that the hotel is situated in a slightly industrial area, so you shouldn't expect scenic views. Additionally, parking can be a bit challenging at times.

Clean and well decorated hotel with a great breakfast and also a really convenient shuttle service. The room was modern and clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

The choice at breakfast was great but it was WAY too busy, there should have been a room / food offering twice that size for the amount of guests. It was quite chaotic when we were there on a Sunday morning. I did not get to have any smoked salmon for example as it was only replenished once during our visit and it goes in about 2 minutes as they only put a few pieces out. My only other negative is that our bedroom door wouldn’t shut unless you put your full weight against it and managed to turn the lock. It didn’t just shut upon closing despite looking like it was shut. Because of this we accidentally slept with the door open for our stay.

Wonderful hotel. Stunning decor, spotlessly clean. Location to airport is convenient. Staff are efficient and friendly.

The breakfast was exorbitantly priced at €23 per person. I’ve never paid so much for a breakfast. The offerings were minimal too. The mirror in the bathroom is placed very low meaning one has to bend down in order to look into it. The lighting throughout the hotel is very bright and overbearing. The spotlights in the bedroom are far too bright. One rude staff member (not German) at dinner was very displeased because I wanted to send my lamb chops back to be cooked a little more. They were underdone. He basically blamed me saying I should have told him beforehand. Sorry but he should have asked me. He is the server.

Location was great after a long day of flights. Staff was very helpful and friendly - we arrived late and the restaurant was soon closing so the receptionist suggested we store our luggage at the front desk and head to the restaurant...awesome! Food was great as was our server. Great shower, water pressure, towels and hooks in reaching distance of the shower.

The walls were very thin. We were awakened by neighbors who were intimate around 5 am, and they were very loud. I think they wanted the whole hotel to hear them. Also, it was recommended that we not use the free parking (to avoid damage) but instead use the paid parking lot. We did, but the next day we saw that all the free parking was being used and really there was no reason to believe the car would have been damaged. We felt a bit scammed but all in all, it is a great place.

Standard of accommodation was good. Clean, new and modern. Staff were generally very helpful and friendly especially the bar staff, the female reception staff in the morning and the lady who drove the morning shuttle bus to the airport station. Food and drink from the bar was great and served with a friendly smile. Gym was great and room facilities good.

The only downside was nobody answered the phone in the evening or when we arrived at the airport to tell them we were at the shuttle pick up spot. The phone just rang out unanswered and we had to pay for taxis. Not sure what was going on there.
