I didn’t read info about the hotel before, but this place looks like an old but renovated hospital or something like that, at least the windows reminded me something from movies from hospitals of 60s)) that was a plus for me though, I like that stile. While interior could be more refined. But this is, of course, a matter of taste. There’s a parking right here and some staff/toys for kids near the restaurant.

The kitchen was quite clean, though really oldish (both the kitchen furniture and kitchen equipment). The rags and sponges for washing dishes needed to be replaced.

Very nice hotel in an old school like building rebuilt to appartment hotel. Large rooms with everything available even for private cooking and dining. We were three people with a lot of space. Some distance to walk to the city centre, but not a big issue. Friendly staff and also a very nice breakfast offering. Price is quite high, but anyway aligned with the expensive Konstanz area. Wonderful city centre and walk opportunities around the lakes. Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel.

The accommodation was excellent - spacious, clean and quiet. Convenient to the cycle path with lockable bike storage. A few minutes walk to the train station with regular train departures to the bahnhof. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious! The Bodensee transport card was provided for free use of public transport in the area. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel, large room, very clean. Snow-white towels and clean bed linen. Kitchenette with everything you need for self-cooking. We were there in winter, and the room was very warm. Private parking and several grocery stores within walking distance. We arrived later than the appointed check-in time and they left us a key for self-check-in and detailed instructions.

Rooms were big, staff was great, breakfast great, bike storage, close to town but a little out of town about a 10 min walk. Safe, quiet, nice! Great for families The building has history! It was a German barracks and then the French took it over in WWII until the late 70’s

Extraordinary room, spacious with beautiful high ceilings and tall windows. We especially loved the space with two young children and the proper kitchen. It felt like having a luxurious, elegant apartment. We were located on ground floor in a very quiet, easy to access level with practically our own corridor. Didn't really see anybody except at breakfast. There was a toy corner near breakfast which entertained our kids. The breakfast was yummy with lots of buffet options, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, yoghurts, coffeees, juices etc. The room was quiet, beds were super comfy, and hotel was easy to get to - most buses travelled to the nearest stop from the city. It was about a 5minute walk to a bus stop so not terrible.

They didn't seem to have a toaster at breakfast but the bread was nice and fresh so it wasn't a big deal. The eggs and bacon ran out on Sunday morning and they were a bit slow to replenish the breakfast foods, so I guess you need to be down first to get the best breakfast. They didn't have shutters on the window so if you or your kids are used to sleeping in full darkness, it might be a little harder to get to sleep (only curtains provided). There was a set of steps to get the pram in to the lobby, so accessibility could be an issue.

Everything! We selected this hotel based on its proximity to Switzerland, Austria, Lichtenstein and of course Germany. It allowed us a base to travel to some amazing places without having to keep changing hotels. The accommodation was extensive and comfortable. By far the largest of rooms (and hotel suites) we have ever stayed in. You had complete independence, with a small kitchenette complete with oven, fridge, crockery, pots, pans, cutlery and kettle. Supermarket (Penny's) just up the road. Free hotel parking, WiFi. It's not the Hilton or Shangri-la, but in it's own way it shines and we would love to go back again.

No air conditioning and it can get hot in the rooms on hot days. But fans are provided. Only niggle was breakfast. If you are one of the first to get to breakfast you can enjoy everything on offer. However after an hour, items are quickly depleted, no bacon (if available on that day - very popular), no scrambled egg, no juice, dried out remains of cheese and meats. Staff don't check availability regularly and when they do, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to bring it from the kitchen. When it is replenished, it is too little and immediately consumed. As much as I liked going to breakfast and the ambience, I am not sure it is worth the additional expense.

Every thing in hotel was awesome. Attending staff Ms. COPPINA she was very supportive. She made us for city passess for free to visit the city. Also she supported to keep our luggage after checkout in order to give us time to visit city without carrying your luggage with you. The room and facilities was great. Breakfast was also great... I enjoyed my stay in hotel with family. Thank you Apartment hotel management and staff.

The staff was very helpfull and the rooms were clean. Location is really closer to city center. Room was really spacious

The restroom is in the middle of the room which was little awkward. It was causing some smell. The beds were not comfortable.

It is quiet and peacefull for one night stay and even for more longer period you have everything you need in the apartment(small kitchenette, utensils, fridge and all). all other facilities are in walking distance from this place. We really enjoyed it.
