Nice hotel, there was everything we needed. It was modest, so no unnecessary equipment in the room, but we had everything we needed. Instead of minibar they have small self-service shelf near reception, which is even better due to bigger variety of goods and ease of access. There was a swimming pool available 24/7, a bit challenge how to get bathrobe and towels (no instructions in the room), but eventually we found everything on the main reception.

Air conditioning / ventilation should be checked. The lowest level did not change much of the air, but medium level was already quite heavy (also noisy).

Good facilities, large spacious bedroom(PentaPlus), comfy bed, room was quiet, wide selection for breakfast, efficient staff, free games (pool, arcade) and fairly central location (only 5 mins to the nearest tram stop).

The holiday was for my 50th Birthday, the hotel were aware of this but no acknowledgment and nothing in the bedroom (on previous Birthday trips there has always been a ‘something’ - wine, chocs, even balloons!) so that was a bit disappointing. Breakfast time a bit like feeding time at the zoo! Darts board not working, was especially looking forward to playing so not ideal. Hotel seems to be quite busy with business people, including misogynistic middle aged men talking loudly in the bar area - oh well! Bar prices are high for the quality, normal I guess. Bath towels too small!

Comfortable spacious room with a great shower and a huge comfortable bed. Good choice of breakfast. Friendly staff. Lively lounge. Kids were happy with the pool. Checkout at 12:00. All in all a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Wifi was a bit spotty but workable. Was charged 22E/day for parking but the gate was open all the time. Unpleasant changing room at the pool (we changed in our room). Food was a bit expensive but large portions and good quality.

Love this hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Beds are comfy. showers are great. Saff are lovely location is really good. Cocktails are perfect. Burgers are delicious. Pool is a godsend Whole place has a lovely vibe

Jacuzzi was out of order and apparently has been for about 4 months. Despite notice saying its being fixed. It clearly isn't. Air con in the room doesn't really work, revolving door at entrance wasn't working,

Excellent breakfast, good variety of hot and cold. Very clean, spacious room with x2 toilets. Plenty to do at the hotel with a 24 hour pool and spa area.

A kettle for tea/coffee in the room would have been much appreciated:) Don’t venture into the pool/spa area with children after 9pm as unfortunately it seemed to be the go to place for couples… Don’t expect anything charming! It is what it is: a large hotel chain that’s a bit like a cruise ship. If you want pool tables and a nightclub type vibe after 10pm then this is for you. Not recommended for anyone wanting peace and quiet

It is well placed to get around Leipzig. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was awesome special mention for that There are lots of facilities you can use like pool table, darts, and a mini mart. The breakfast has lots of options to satisfy the fussy eaters out there. A good place to stay .

Just to put something in this box. I didn't like the choice of the bags in our room.

The room was nice, I've liked the look of the hotel and the good vibe. The reception, the bar and the restaurant are located in the same big space which create a great atmosphere. the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and the sauna are good and included in room price. The location is quite and it take 15 minutes walk to the old city.

Spacious room with a huge, comfortable bed. We loved the complimentary access to the swimming pool and spa, as well as relaxing in the cozy lobby lounge. The breakfast was also excellent.

The location is quite central, near Hauptbahnhof, but dining options in the immediate vicinity are limited. It would also be beneficial for them to better promote their bicycle rental service.

Many thanks to the stuff to address all requests in a very due and prompt way. The Hotel is managed in a very good way. The crowd of people makes the vibe not disturbance, that's the best what you can achive running such a place. Compliments to all who managed to make that happen! Hope you'll be able to sustain that level of hospitality.

The staff was super nice and welcoming! The room was spacious and comfy! The breakfast is very complete and the lobby super enjoyable for a drink. The location is super convenient, just 10min walk from the city center, in a very quiet area. The facilities are very complete: the sports area has a bit of everything, there's a (small) jacuzzi and the sauna has room for 8 people, with a lot of lounge chairs around to rest.

Our room door (406) didn't close properly so any & all sounds coming from the corridor were heard from the bed as if people were in the room with us. If you want a quiet, relaxed evening drink in the lobby but it's football day, tough luck, the projector is out and fans can be intense. The pool is rather cold and the product used to keep the area clean has a very strong "dirty feet" smell. Small detail: the back of the TV is covered in a thick layer of dust, in case you want to plug in a USB drive or something for casting!
