The staff was nice and helpful,talking English. Elevator was working. The room and bathroom size was ok. The bed was large (king size),but matress too tall. It was quiet. Clean. Had parking place at extra cost of 8 euro per day. It has a device that made cold air,like AC. I liked that there were nearby restaurants and even the hotel had a bar and terrace outside.

I didn't like that the pillows were very small,but we asked for additional. Also,that we were asked to move the car in the back parking,while in the morning we couldn't exit because it was tight and we scratched the car. From my point of view, the room also needs a closed closet (not just open shelves)and an insect net.

Cost effective, reasonably well kept hotel, on a quiet street, but walking distance from the city centre. Decent breakfast spread, though expensive at 15 euros. The rooms are simply decorated and furnished, and are overall pleasant.

The corridors smell of fried bacon each morning. This may be nice for some, but can be overwhelming for sensitive noses. The mattresses are soft and sink a little, so may not be best for folks with bad backs. There are some weird splashes/paint scrubs on some walls which could do with some cleanup.

The room is very cozy and clean. I slept incredibly well on their bed, good pillows. Room slightly warm but the fan worked good. Very satisfied with the breakfast, scrambled eggs were very well prepared, delicious chocolate cakes, fresh fruits, good tea options. I was very pleased with the breakfast quality and bed quality. The gym equipment is brand new, very good quality.

Just missing a fan or AC in the Gym room, but may come soon as the facility is new.

Breakfast was really nice, something warm, something cold, some fruits, coffee and tea - everything you need for a good start in the day. The rooms are comfortable, although the desk could be a little bit larger and the chair more ergonomic. Apart from that, everything on high standard - big, flat TV, high speed Internet, very clean.

A nice atmosphere, clean rooms, very good location and on a quiet street.

I was quite late for breakfast about 10:30 and they closing time is 11 o’clock. I was not yet finished and I was told to leave because they were closing, additionally there were no fruits left, no choice of breads, it was not what one would expect for a Sunday morning.

Frendly personnel, good choice for the meal, convenient location with 12 min to the train station, 5 min to the city center with nice restaurants

Price was quite high for that type of accommodation , but at that time we had an expo,so everything was overpriced.

Very comfortable room with big living area, kind staff, very efficient service and quiet location.

The location was far away from downtown Cologne, but we knew that. It is fairly convenient to the train station. The hotel pricing in Cologne is a bit crazy, so we felt we paid more than it was worth, but it was the market rate at that millisecond of time.

Very clean and comfortable room. Basic facilities, but had everything I needed.

My room was the furthest from the reception, so WiFi was slow and unreliable.

The persons at the reception were welcoming and helpful. I checked in late, but there were no issues. I was also informed beforehand about the existence of another hotel with a slightly similar name on the same street there by saving me from any confusions.

Was a genuine top class hotel, the rooms were nice and spacious with very comfortable beds

Was a little bit out of the way from cologne which was where I was going, the transport links were a little walk away and experienced some problems with it
