- Temperature in the room was ok. I didn't check if they had AC before booking and since they don't have it, I was afraid of high temperatures. Luckily there's good aeration in the hotel. My room was facing East or South (not sure) but I didn't feel suffocated inside. - No real noise issue with neighbours. My floor/hall was calm. Only when someone talked in the hall at 5 AM. Not too much noise coming from outside. We were on the third floor and not facing the station. - Location is perfect in front of the train station. That's a big reason why I picked this hotel. - I needed to put something in a fridge and the reception put it in their fridge for us for a day. - Fast check in/out.

- The breakfast was average but I guess it's proper to Germany. Just the basics and usual offer: bread, pancakes, spread, a bit of deli, eggs, yoghurt, cornflakes, some fruit... I would have liked more fruit and more warm options (there was only eggs and meatballs/or sausages) like more deli options and garnished/fancier eggs. - The extra (sofa) bed was very hard. Luckily I didn't stay more than two nights. - No boiler in the room. No free tea, no coffee, no water, and no mini fridge. - No iron. You have to ask at the reception.

Excellent hotel and we slept well-despite the noisy location and construction works next to the train station. Nice breakfast! We parked the car- with bikes- in the nearby shopping center.

The price in booking.com was not accurate: I booked a room for 1 adult and 2 children, 11 and 15 years including breakfast. I was told at check in that the price only included breakfast for the adult. I had to pay extra- full price- 15 euro- for the 15y old and half price for the 11y old. Very busy at breakfast and there were no tables available for 3 so we had to wait for 15 minutes.

The hotel is on a nice location, just across the main train station. It is on walking distance to the Lübeck city centre. The hotel staff were very friendly and gave us useful informations about the city. We loved to play table football in the lobby. Breakfast had good choice of food. Overall, very nice experience. For recommendation!

The only cosmetic for hygiene is a shampoo for all purposes- hand, body and hair. The hotel could offer something better.

Nice decor/design, it all felt clean and modern. The breakfast was brilliant - great and varied options in the buffet. Beds very comfy! Hotel is in a good location literally right in front of the main train station and bus station, and it's about 15-20 minute walk into the old town of Lübeck. Hotel staff were very friendly and spoke both English and German. We asked for a late check out and it was €15 for 2 extra hours.

Nothing major. The bedroom was a bit small - we had a standard double room and it was hard to open the bathroom door because it was so close to the wardrobe rail.

Location was great, room was comfy and clean! Staff was also very nice.

It’s a small detail, but I was with a baby stroller and got a room where I still had to go over some stairs. When I realized there were rooms without stairs, I had already unpacked, so I didn’t ask for a change, but this could have been seen proactively by the staff. It would have been a great help!

Great location, nice room, efficient staff. We could easily walk to the city center. There were also some games (such as table soccer) in the hotel lounge. Recommended to any kind of travelers!

We had to walk a bit from the parking space near by (which is not part of the hotel but was very cheap, 5 EUR for 24H!) and with the luggage, a kid and a dog it was a bit uncomfortable.

Sparkling clean and cozy, really nice design and equipped with everything you might need! Our main reason for choosing this hotel was because we had an early train in the morning and the train station is right across the street, literally one minute away. However, it is also quite close to the city center, about 10 minutes walk. Our stay here was short, however very pleasant! We're definitely staying here next time, too.

The mattress... It's supposed to be a double bed but there are two separate mattresses and naturally they move and a space gets created between them (otherwise very comfortable bed!)

Great Location, the deluxe room was modern and very comfortable, good beds. You can park nearby at Hbf for only 4,5€/day

Room Service came while we were still in the room and did not return. The second day I specifically asked for the room to be cleaned and they assured me they always try again later if the room is occupied but they never did, so we stayed 3 nights and no one one cleaned our room or changed or towels

Very nice, newly restyled / refurbished hotel, large and tastefully furnished rooms with super comfy beds, fabulous breakfast. Central location.

Not ideal but still quite ok parking possibilities a couple of hundred meters from the hotel. Many rooms are in a part of the building that's not directly connected to the reception and breakfast hall, so you need to go out on the street and walk 30-40 m around the corner to go from these rooms to reception or breakfast, but not a big deal.

The location is perfect: the hotel is literally just steps away from the central station (where you can take the train to larger cities). The city centre is about 10-15 minutes by foot, but you can also take one of the many busses. And please allow me to give you an advice: if you travel to Lübeck during the Summer, you can buy a 9-Euro ticket which is valid during the entire month and can be used for travelling to Hamburg! You can purchase this ticket in the ticket office at the train station (which is located on the other side of it). The reception staff is very polite and professional. My room was quite little, but very cosy and fancy. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, the shower had a very powerful stream. It wasn't very warm in Lübeck during my stay (cloudy and about 19C°), but the room was pleasantly warm. My room was very quiet, even though I lived on the 1st floor and had windows facing the train station)

There are no shower caps in the bathroom, but I noticed that in recent years many European hotels do not offer those anymore (probably for the sake of saving the environment). When I go travelling and stay at hotels, I always bring my own shower cap with me, so please be aware of this and remember to pack a shower cap when you stay here :-) It wasn't an issue for me at all, but there were no closets in the room: you have to hang your clothes on the open racks. But maybe it's just my room which was like that.
