Amazing view from our room. This has surpassed our expectations and to sit on the balcony overlooking the mountains with a drink was perfect way to finish the day. The room was superb too, very clean and modern. The spa and pool facilities were brilliant - swimming while the sunset was a great experience. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious - lots of choice. Great complimentary sweet trolley in the reception area! Lots of parking space.

Missed having tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Great staff, good facilities on a beautiful location with amazing views. Small but very good spa. Amazing breakfast options, some of the best anywhere. Dinner was really good too, with nice variety of options. Including vegan, which I'm not but it's nice to see it being an option fot those who need that.

Bed, pillows and bedding were all quite terrible. Two person beds are just two one person beds pushed together, matrasses too soft, pillows too small and thin.

Full-featured resort/hotel in a beautiful location facing the Alps. My room had a balcony facing the Alps. Very nice spa facilities. Ample parking. Great hiking in the area. Walking distance to Marktoberdorf.

Like many large hotels, the check-in didn't offer many details, i. e. where's the spa facilities and pool?, what time is breakfast? , what time's check out? , etc. The room, though very nice and with a beautiful view, was without a coffee/hot water pot, fan (it was hot), mini-fridge, etc.

A great option for car travelers in southern Bavaria, with a big parking. Gorgeous view to the Bavarian Alps, short distance to Schwangau and the royal castles. Amazing breakfast, luxurious facilities. A very nice Bavarian country side feeling.

The location of the hotel is really nice. If you are booking a room with Mountain View, you will have an amazing View of the mountains. The Room is really modern and clean. Also the Spa Area and the garden are very nice.

The waiting time in the evening at the restaurant was too long.

We went to celebrate my birthday and all I'm saying is go here on your birthday, they really go the extra mile to make it special!

Amazing spa hotel in the middle of field surrounded by the Alps - very quite and peaceful area. Outstanding cleanliness of room, and especially bathroom. As a welcome there was a chocolate cake in the room:) Personnel is friendly and professional. Breakfast and dinner are excellent. And, of corse, spa zone and swimming pool are great too - very modern, clean, convenient and quite.

The property is located in a very nice place, view of the mountains and lots of greens. Dinner and breakfast were good. I wish I had spent more days there.
