Perfect location for the city centre, whilst also being just out of the main square so it was nice and quiet. The check in process was excellent as we were arriving late (past midnight) but were able to check in online the day before and collect a key for the room from the machine in the lobby. The room and all facilities were very clean.

Only two downsides - the toilet roll holder had fallen off the wall so was on the floor by the time we got in there, not a big deal! The other was the lack of air conditioning, the room was extremely hot (around 30 degrees Celsius) and difficult to cool down, however we were provided with a fan which helped us to sleep.

Great hotel on a great spot of the city with a parking nearby. Room was nice and comfortable. Great value for the money paid. Breakfast worth the price with a great buffet and food to order, like omelets and coffee made at request. Overall, very amazing hotel.

Lighting in the room could be better: it was very dark due not having a big light on the room, just the hall and some random lamps. Also, the hotel only changes towels and sheets once every four days and no requests can be made to have an early change of towels. Bonus to say: the towels are great, but even so, one change every four days does not seem enough.

Great location! Not smack-bang in the centre of the city, but an easy, less than 10-minute walk to the old town. The rooms was comfortable and the bathroom/shower was high quality. There are plenty of places to grab food & drinks around the hotel and this was greatly convenient. Bread rolls & water were also available for guests at the reception. Overall, I'd stay again!

I wish the room was equipped with a fridge or some sort of feature that could store cold drinks. While there is an elevator between floors, there are a few steps leading up to the elevator on the ground floor - heavy suitcase carriers beware...

It was the most welcoming place for us and our pet. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, breakfast fantastic and the bar offered lovely drinks and snacks in a cosy environment. The location was perfect - walking distance both to the river and to the center of city. Lots of shops & restaurants on our doorstep.

This is not in the way of criticism - we were an older couple and we found the lighting both in the room and bathroom insufficient. Also, there was a very narrow corridor to get around the bed to the bathroom and a big tv screen hung on the wall. One caught their shoulder on the tv when passing in between bed & the wall. Being older we found the logistic around the room a bit tricky. We also missed having a kettle in the room.

The location was nice with a number of walkable bars and restaurants. I would recommend Xavier’s for traditional local Bavarian food and Pacific (something) for great cocktails. Oktoberfest was within walking distance (approx 30 mins). The train station was a short taxi ride (approx €15) and the train to the airport under €40 for 4 adults. The old part of Munch is also a nice stroll (approx 20-30 mins), definitely worth a visit. The hotel was cute, modern and clean. The bed was comfy and there is a place attached for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night drinks which was nice.

There is no air conditioning in the double rooms, It got very warm needing to sleep with the window open. If you are placed at the front of the hotel it could be quite noisy. I’d request the courtyard. The rooms are very small with not a huge amount of hanging space. For a short stay it’s perfect.

The rooms are very clean and simple. The bathroom is nice and the beds are comfortable. Staff were very polite and check in was simple.

There were minimal resources in the room such as a coffee and tea station. I also was placed in the ground floor room and on both mornings staff were doing tasks next to the window such as bringing up items on a lift from the basement. Once window was shut this was blocked out, but was woken at 7am both mornings. Needed windows open as Munich was 30c that weekend. However, all staff were very polite and nice.

The room was clean and well-maintained. Location was excellent, within a stone's throw of the S-Bahn station and walking distance to Marienplatz, so we were able to visit the Christmas market several times while we were there. Bathroom had good water pressure and easy to get the right temperature. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good.

Not enough storage space or clothes hooks - it was a bit cramped and hard to organize things for 2 people. Just a minor thing, but could add a lot of value. The centralized heat was hard to control; we had the heat completely turned off already but the room was still a bit too hot.

The location was perfect as it was in the right part of town to be close to the friend's I was visiting. Isator Station is a 3 min walk away with a direct connection to Munich AIrport a €13 trip which takes 35 min or you can taxi it and save 10 mins (subject to traffic of course) at around €120 which if solo doesn't make sense and the city centre a 5 min walk. It seems it has been recently renovated and a job well done, the room works perfectly and the aesthetic is clean and contemporary with quality finishes and fixtures. Breakfast, I only took breakfast one morning as everything in Munich was closed and the offer had everything you would want and again good quality and well presented in a comfortable well designed bar area.

It was freezing in Munich and I couldn't figure out the heating so this is more about me as I should have asked the first day but rushing in and out over Christmas kept slipping my mind, so I was cold most of the time. The room has underfloor heating with the dial just inside the door which if you didn't know you would miss, but it might also be that the hotel either leave a note in the room or advise you when you check in. I like a hot shower in the morning and while the basin had hot water the shower was luke warm. Nothing life threatening but if this was right it would have been a 10

I will recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is very close to transportation also to the city centre. Especially the employees are very friendly and kind you can tell they r so happy to work. The room is so clean moreover furnitures are new. Before we go there we heard about one place to drink smt which is so popular we didn’t know that place in the hotel and it’s amazing. We had breakfast everything was delicious. I can tell that Good Hospitality equals to their service… thanks for everything. We will come back for sure

Very central, within walking distance of all things downtown. The parking is 15€ per day in the parking garage directly opposite the hotel (this is the discounted price for hotel guests). The view to the inner yard is very cozy, and this side is also extremely quiet.

The room and the bathroom were very cramped. Not a dealbreaker in itself, but it might be useful to know for some people who might need larger spaces. It's still a 10/10 hotel for us.
