Location in Munich excellent! Walkable to town center near main tourist sites. Walked for miles on day 1 enjoying the lovely weather, people watching, parks, museums. View from room was pleasant -- roomy terrace with lovely apartment building across the street. Enjoyed a glass of wine and sweets after a long day site seeing! You can walk for miles so if you need a quick ride back, download Bolt for quick / affordable taxi service. The BIG pretzels are at Hofbräuhaus München and have dinner outdoors at the Viktualienmarkt -- all within minutes from hotel! Need cash for beer garden but food accepts card...

No hot water pot in room to make my coffee/tea. A minor inconvenience for the location. There is a cafe at the bottom and coffee shops very nearby. The street from our terrace is bustling but windows were tight and dark blinds available. We slept with window open one night with no issue. Ask for extra pillows!

I stayed one night at this hotel since it was close to the metro station and I had a morning flight back to the States the next day. For the price I was paying, I didn't have high expectations, but this place turned out to be great! The neighborhood has a bunch of options for restaurants, the room was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and efficient in checking me in.

The bathroom of my room was a little awkward with an open bath nestled in an alcove in the corner with a shower wand. Like a lot of European showers, this one didn't have a shower curtain, so you have to be careful not to get water sprayed all over the bathroom when you bathe. But it was totally manageable.

The staff is amazing and incredibly kind. They were always friendly and attentive, making the stay more pleasant.

Room 201 is problematic. There’s a constant noise from the elevator, a bad smell, and the AC doesn’t work well. The fitness center is very minimal with limited equipment and not enough weights for a proper workout. Overall, it’s an okay place for a short stay, but the issues with the room and amenities do take away from the experience, despite the great staff.

The family trip was in support of our 2 sons who were running the Munchen marathon! We liked that the hotel was flexible and changed one of the rooms from 2 to 3 persons. We liked the friendliness of the staff and they always did what they could to help us. Bowls and spoons and an extra pillow provided without a fuss. We also liked that everything worked well; the showers, the safe, the lift and the air conditioning. We liked the outside space. We also liked it when we had a problem with the door not working, that it was solved immediately!😀 It was also great to try and speak German, but when we weren't so good the staff could speak English.

Not much, one of the group found the noise from the traffic and street too much! It would have been good to have a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities in the room!

The hotel is very well placed near the Marienplatz in a quiet zone. A lot of different style of restaurants are around. ⁦Isarparkhaus is nearby and paying at the hotel (15,5€/day) gives you acces all day round with a ticket which you can have from the gas station (parking and gas station are managed by the same business).

The bathroom is so tiny. A small fridge will be nice.

We had a wonderful stay here. All the amenities you can imagine, even some I wouldn't! The bed was really comfy and they fulfilled a request of having two single beds which was appreciated. For the location and the comfort we would happily pay again to stay here. Breakfast is around the same price you'd pay if you went out for breakfast, although is largely continental except for boiled eggs but we thought the choice was really good for a continental.

Clean and comfortable room Good location - 10 mins walk to Marienplatz and easy walking distance to city centre sights (we found the city to be very walkable) 5 mins walk to metro station - direct line from airport Food/beer hall options nearby

Unfortunately, we found the reception staff to be unfriendly

The location was very central to the main sights in Munich. Great location. Breakfast was phenomenal. Highly recommended for breakfast, it was absolutely lovely, we enjoyed it very much. The room was quite comfortable and clean, we were pretty happy with it. The beds were comfortable.

It was very hot and muggy when we were there and we were told that all rooms had fans and SOME rooms had air conditioning. SOME rooms? That's strange. Well, none of the rooms really had air conditioning, even the ones that were "supposed" to, and our room didn't even have a fan. We asked for one and they brought us one, but that was one thing that could have been improved.

The room was a very good size, very clean and comfortable and centrally located with an easy walk to most attractions. The main bus terminal is only 25 min walk or there is a bus stop quite close. The included breakfast was very good.

Not all rooms have A/C, and while this is not uncommon in EU, my booking stated that there was A/C. This should be better communicated. Our room did not have afternoon sun and we were provided with 2 fans, so we were not uncomfortable. The outside temp during our visit was 33c.

First of all i have to say that the hotel didn't know about our reservation via booking.com. I don't know whose wad the fault, but also this doesn't matter. The staff didn't refuse to host us and at a price which was below the actual price, as i understood later. This for me is the most important and its a clear 10/10!!! The location is excellent and the breakfast was decent.

The bathroom was old and unrenοvated and the bath tub is a little bit dangerous to slip. For the price I paid for a family room everything was perfect, but for the price, i think, the hotel asks I think the room is overpriced.
