This hotel is excellent value for money with a lovely modern feel. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of storage space. The location opposite the station was great for us as we're travelling around Bavaria by train. There's lots of restaurants nearby and it's an easy walk to the Old Town. We would enjoy coming back as some of the museum's we wanted to see were closed for the winter.

For us the room was too warm and there's no way to adjust the temperature. The single bed quilts on the large bed are annoying. Would love a fridge.

The room was very good , clean, worm and cozy as we were expecting. the personnel were also friendly nice and flexible !

the underground parking you need to pay extra, more than 10 euro and it is a bit confusing because it's a public one and you need a bit of time to reach the hotel's direction especially if you are tired after driving more hours and it's midnight with family.... you are not in a mood for ''a search game''.... So proper guidance with directional pictures and arrows could help a lot the new clients!

Room is well designed, with enough cabinet space, coathangers, etc. Anti-slip floor in shower is very safe. There is no outside noise with closed windows, although a rather busy highway is passing the hotel. Location opposite train station, various busstops just outside the hotel, including the Citybus to the Altstadt. Close to main shopping area downtown.

Strange selection of TV channels, e.g. many Arabic channels, and no Italian although they appear in the channel grid.

With the location being right across from the train station, it's perfect! It was also a walkable distance to Old Town. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the water pot and tea in the room. We were very happy with our stay there.

This isn't anything against the hotel, as every hotel we stay at in Europe is like this, but since you asked...it would be nice to have wash cloths so we wouldn't have to bring our own. Also, I'm not a fan of the "all in one" hair and body wash. I prefer separate hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash, as they are all very different products.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location when arriving by train from Munich and pulling luggage ,so convenient. It is also very close to a rent a bike shop when cycling the Danube . It was very clean and offered a very good breakfast in a lovely spacious dining room. It has an excellent location in Passau ,with the old town and all sights within walking distance. Lots of restaurants in the old town and an excellent Italian nearly next door. Super air conditioning!

If you arrive by car, the parking DB Bahnpark Donaupassage has a direct elevator to the hotel (follow the signs and park at the 0 level there are some park spaces available for the hotelguests). Room is nicely furnished, with desk, tea and coffee available as well as a bottle of water daily. Safe, shower with soap, hair dryer. WiFi is working good. Very good buffet breakfast (from 6:30 a.m). Nearby some good restaurants

No minibar available, but there is a snack/beverage machine at the reception that unfortunately accepts only cash at the moment.

We would not have been able to park properly without a review on Booking.com from Sonia ("If you arrive by car, the parking DB Bahnpark Donaupassage has a direct elevator to the hotel (follow the signs and park at the 0 level there are some park spaces available for the hotel guests"). The parking, which costs 10 EUR, wasn't disclosed by the hotel, even if they have reserved spots, while nobody answered the listed telephone number.

Hotel is modern, spacious room, well equipped, enough cabinet space, internet works well. Handy procedure for skipping room cleaning if one wants to. Safe is spacious enough for laptop. Location in front of the railway station and close to many bus stops, as well as city center, is excellent.

Availability of television programs: a lot of channels are in the list but when selected, only show a black screen. There was a false fire alarm (which also happened during my previous stay last year).

This hotel is out of the ordinary! Everything was exceptional, very spacious room, highest standard furniture and cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows. The view from the room window was scenic, overlooking the Danube as snow was falling over the river and the houses. Location cannot be better for exploring the town, right in the centre . Staff were very polite and friendly. There is a safe parking garage right below the hotel but doesn’t belong to it, very easy to find.

The mattress was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning worked very well, and the hotel was in a good location for walking to most sights.

The pillows were very uncomfortable, and there should have been more. The furniture in the room was a bit too ill-placed. There was a big floor lamp that took up 20% of the open space, and was a head banger.
