We spent 2 nights at the hotel and were generally satisfied. the room is big enough, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good enough. There were even pancakes. Which is very cool. Breakfast cost us 15 euros per adult and 7 euros per child 4 years old. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the center, but at the same time very quiet and peaceful. At the reception there are children's toys and houses, which is very necessary for guests with children. In Rostock we visited the zoo. It is simply amazing!!! From the hotel you can get there by tram 6.

There was a smell in the room, either of paint or some kind of chemical.

Highly recommended! The bed was really comfortable. We loved it! Spacious bathroom with plenty of room for both of you. The hotel is located quite close to the main rail station. Pretty good connection with Warnemünde and the city center.

The hotel was being reformed and spiders where everywhere. If you do like these little cutties, it may be even a highlight of your stay in the Nordsee. Some of the spiders resembled those in the harry potter saga, not only in appearance, but in dimensions ;)

The hotel is lovely, the bed *very* comfortable, and the food and facilities first rate. The wifi was fast and reliable, and I had generally a very comfortable stay.

The roof was being replaced during my stay (Thursday-Saturday) and I had a room on the Dachgeschoss. I was warned about this work in advance, but it was still disruptive to be woken at 7 by workers clambering over the roof. There was also no curtain in the bathroom, so I had to drape a towel over the window for some privacy.

Got a free upgrade for my room which was very comfortable. An EV charger is available on the free parking area of the hotel.. You get a free public transport pass at the reception. Tram 5 in front of the apart hotel will bring you in a few minutes to the center.

No bar or restaurant. A small terras outside would have been a plus.

Very nice staff, the room was pretty big and it's a very good value for the price. The bed was very comfortable. The room and the bathroom were very clean. We asked if it was possible to arrive before the official check in time and it wasn't a problem at all and the person we talked to was very nice and helpful.

The only thing I wasn't fully happy with, was the breakfast. The hotel is not big, so I understand that there is not a lot of variety of food available, but I found it a little bit too limited and unfortunately some of vegetables and fruits didn't feel completely fresh. Which was a shame, because everything else about my stay there was great.

The size of the room was over what we expected. The beds are very comfy and very clean everywhere Loved the breakfast. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we found a very good place in the end.

Better blackout curtains should do the tricks for those who want to sleep early during summer.

The location was a few minutes walk from the train station and about 15 minutes from the Altstadt. Everything was clean and well presented. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay there again in the future.

Room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Hotel staff was very helpful. Building is located 5 minutes by walk from Rostock Hbf railway station and 10 minutes by walk from Neuer Markt. There is streetcar stop just outside hotel to go to other parts of the city.

Top floor room was a little bit hot in summer (a fan is provided in the room). Unfortunately there is no elevator in the hotel.

The location is close to the train station from where one can easily reach interesting destinations (Beach, cute little cities) by local trains and public transport. City is in walking distance offering restaurants, shopping, harbour and various play grounds for kids. Super market is around the corner. Family room is large with table and seating area to sit in the evening. Friendly staff. Clean. Perfect location for a family vacation with beach and city.

Cosy hotel with good location in Rostock. Realy nice and spacy family room. Friendly and welcomming staff that even let us check in before time. Good wifi (important for the kids:-)). Tasty breakfast in nice and clean restaurant. Smooth check in and out process.

We missed having a water boiler in our room. Having said that, we didn't ask for one either, so maybe that could have been solved. Also it would have been nice having a mini fridge in the room. So basically, not many things not to like.
