Exactly the same as the pictures. Great breakfast, great staff. Not too far from the old town. Parking is convenient, just make sure the place you park belongs to the hotel. Super good with the elevator!

The hair dryer was broken, luckily the receptionist hasn't got off work and we got a replaced one. The furniture in the room is old but acceptable, as long as the cleaning is reliable.

Very charming hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is super good, with homemade jelly’s which were delicious. As we were in a big group (8 people), they have prepared us a table so we all sit together. Rooms are also very cozy and they have a balcony in which you can also relax outside. Hotel is outside city walls but only a 10-minute walk from the center. Also, the lady from front desk also allowed us to leave our luggage there as we would just leave around noon.

No complaints about the property.

The breakfast was very good. There were both hot and cold foods with plenty of beverage choices. The coffee and lattes were very good. The service was prompt, friendly and not rushed. Your breakfast table is already for you when you enter the dining room. The hotel is quiet with comfortable beds. The staff is very helpful.

Staff welcoming and friendly. Our room was ready ahead of time which was great. Comfortable room, spotless bathroom and quiet convenient location not far from the station and also the old town. An excellent breakfast with a good variety and nicely presented breakfast room.

Generally clean room but the curtains were dusty and dirty (needed to be moved to access the window and balcony) which was a pity as everything else was good.

Great hotel! We stayed for 2 nights with the family and simply loved it. Nice location with everything at walking distance. Its a bit outside the city center but it actually worked great for us as the center and all main attractions were still at walking distance but also away from the hustle bustle and crowds found in the city center. The hotel has free parking so it was a big plus as we travelled there by car. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. We requested for late check-in and it was accepted without any extra charge. The staff was super friendly especially in the galley, she offered hot chocolate to the kids and took really good care of us. breakfast was also good with decent options. All in all, we really enjoyed the stay and will definitely visit again!

Friendly helpful staff , large clean room . Location was good with parking and less than ten minute walk to the town . Great location and easy to find from A7 .

Nothing really , if I wanted to be really picky the shower was small and the beds too soft. It wouldn’t put me off staying there again .

This was a 3 star hotel. It was comfortable and above all clean. It was not air conditioned but an electric fan was provided. This was very important as we stayed when the outside temperature was 35 +. The breakfast was excellent as were the staff..

Decor was a little tired and air conditioning would have helped.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, short walk to the old town, parking was free and outside the hotel. Beds were comfortable and warm. Shower room modern and clean. Coffee and tea were provided in room which is not usual in Germany in our experience. We appreciated that they allowed us to early check in when we arrived. All round good value for money.

We(2adults and 2cjildren)stayed for one night at this hotel. We could use 3rooms which connected inside, so it was spacious and good to have 3bathrooms. This hotel building is not new, but rooms were WELL cleaned. Staffs are very friendly and kind. The breakfast was very good too! Location is just 10mins from downtown. My family and I had very good relaxing time here and would like to return again. Thank you very much!

Wifi connection was not very good.

The location was good, within easy walking distance of the train and Rothenberg. It had a cool breeze, was modern and full of light. It was also a good retreat away from the confines of the city walls.

The TV was not positioned across from the sofa.
