Excellent location, good breakfast.

Small shower, room was hot- no fans, no complimentary water bottles No bar fridge

The staff were super friendly and professional. They gave us recommendations and extended their support whenever we requested. Our room had a charming view on the vineyards in the area. The hiking trails and lifts to the monument are next to the hotel. The location is a short walk from Drosselgasse, a nice narrow street in Rudesheim with many restaurants.

The hotel is designed with stairs that will take you to the elevator. This was not practical specifically if you have heavy luggage.

The location was right in the middle of the town, which made it east to walk to everything.

I booked this hotel because we had been there before in 1978, and I wanted to see the Keller again, but they discouraged us from going there. Also, we had to climb two flights of 28 stairs, and the room had no air conditioning.

I did not expect breakfast to be included. So that was a good bonus. Also the workers was unusually good at english for being in Rudesheim.

Some proper airconditioning would be nice. However I visited when it was unusually warm in Germany. So I doubt it's often an issue.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the town in a narrow alley with many shops cafes and restaurants. Parking is not possible at the hotel. The hotel has a good parking area 100 or so metres away for a cost of €8. The room was a good size single, bathroom was good, all very quiet Breakfast was very good with a great choice and the host very helpful.

I asked about a razor as I couldn't find mine and was handed a kit of a tiny disposable razor and a minute tube of cream. I thought €3 was too much for this. I think the parking fee should be published, even though it was preferable to looking for a space elsewhere. These two costs did not affect my overall opinion.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of town, only 10 minutes walk from the train station, directly next to the cable car and 2 minutes walk from the Drosselgasse. The reception was very friendly and check in went smooth. The room was large and comfortable, with a good bathroom attached. Breakfast was relatively basic, but good, and they were willing to think along for other possibilities if you had to leave too early (luckily I could still stay for breakfast). The hotel looks great from the outside, fits right into the old town.

There is an elevator to the rooms, you just needed to climb one flight of stairs to get there.

Great Location. Decor in common areas were very nice. The room was spacious. Nice bar for evening drink.Everything was very clean. Breakfest was ok start for the day.Once we found the parking it was OK just little ways from hotel.

Breakfast - there were so many things and bevarages. It was very good. Location is perfect. It is in a centre of the town. Room and bathroom were clean. The hotel was very nice. The staffs were very kind.

The room was cooler than I am used to be from home. A matrace was softer than I am used to be from home too. There is only shower in the bathroom. There is only few electric sockets (total 5 including bathroom and socket of TV). But no disaster :)

We were looking for a base to enjoy the KD Rhine River cruise and this worked very well. Rüdesheim is a small town and probably one of the better stops on the south end of the KD line. The hotel was just a couple of blocks away from the water.

Can't really blame this on the hotel, but the town seemed to be an evening stop for the multiday Rhine cruises. At night they belched out roving gangs of aged cruisers who seemed to be looking for tourist trap restaurants that featured bands playing American oldies that they could sing along with. Rüdesheim accommodated.

Great location - only 10 min walk from train station and right in the middle of shops / restaurants. Very good selection at breakfast. Beds super comfortable, rooms clean and staff very friendly. Highly recommend staying there.
