The hotel is perfectly sited at the end of the long main street/ market place.The rooms are of generally high standard with excellent aircon,and good beds. Breakfast is of the highest standard,especially in respect of the tea. This is my third stay here.

There were no tea making facilities in the room.I would expect a bath in a four star hotel.

The room was spacious and well equipped,with just a few deficiencies.Breakfast was excellent ,and in a pleasant first floor room with a good view..The hotel had a convenient location at rhe the end of the main street,but is not noisy.The bathroom is of a high standard,with a proper basin .There was no bath,but at least the shower had a proper enclosure.

In contrast to the room we had on a previous stay,this one was (104)subject to annoyance from early morning sun - the curtains were unlined, and the switches for external electric blinds were connected to a dangling cable;no blinds were fitted! The pillows provided are inadequate, and the duvet covers for the twin beds are inadequate in length and width.

The location is ideal: right at one end of the town‘s pedestrian-only shopping and dining street. I requested a quiet room, and my room‘s sound-proofing was really put to the test because my stay was on the first night of the annual Spring Festival, when hundreds of people converged on the pedestrian area to eat, drink, mingle, and enjoy live outdoor entertainment. Even though my room was not far from all this activity, I was barely aware of it and slept very well. Breakfast was generous, including hot dishes (sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs). One of the servers at breakfast saw me considering the selection of cakes and said she‘d get me something special. She brought me a piece of excellent,fresh cheesecake!

My only disappointment is that there is no in-house lounge or restaurant.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, covered parking and is in a convenient location.

Needed a little maintenance in the bathroom. But it was repaired the next day.

Less personnel at breakfast with deteriorating service compared to other years

Large room with plenty of storage and multiple coat hooks.Appropriate lighting for leisure reading or business writing.Good firm bed AND chaise longue! Perfect bathroom- for once ,the shower screen folds away so as to be of no annoyance when using the bath. Breakfast( especially tea) of high standard and good hygiene. Well located for out of town(airport 10 minutes) driving ,and for walk along main street.

Staircase needed marking ( a bit of white tape) of the badly laid out projecting bottom step of each flight.I can think of nothing else which was not perfect!

Vast selection for breakfast: eggs scrambled and boiled, sausages, meatballs, vegetable salads, fresh-baked bread, selection of cheese and ham, fruits and yogurts. Good coffee, tea, and juices. Great view on the Theresienplatz from the dining room. The staff speaks English (we have only started to learn German) and is super helpful. Superb location. Good WiFi. Clean rooms.

Location is perfect, Perfect for visiting the beautiful city center, zoo or restaurants in the evening. Easy parking.

I would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room.

I have been at Hotel Theresientor before so I knew about the central location and great breakfast. Great value for price!

Great location, nice and clean. Good breakfast too, lovely stuff.

Balconies to close, if neighbor smoking it all goes in your room. For no smoker it is pretty bad.
