This is my business trip, the location and environment are very important. Overall, everything is good. I have met 5 receptionist, everyone are very nice. They can communicate with English fluency and very helpful. When I told the smell at the shower area, they're sincerely to follow. I will choose this hotel again definitely.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Croatia. I was booked into another hotel in the area, but noticed last minute, that the hotel I'd booked had a shared bathroom. I found the Hayta last minute and was really glad I did! We'd already been on a long journey and were exhausted. The staff at the reception, were friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent and even came with a balcony. The location is perfect, we were able to get a decent meal in the area and pick up some supplies for our trip the next day. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean, the shower excellent. We had a very much needed and good nights rest. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Lots of choice, freshly prepared, wide variety of drinks, fruits, cheeses, breads, eggs and pastries. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Had an amazing stay at Hayta Hotel Stuttgart Airport Messe! From check-in to check-out, the experience was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond, proving to be extremely helpful with every request and question I had, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight – absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to start the day right. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect for airport access and visiting the Messe. Highly recommend for a truly hospitable and enjoyable stay!

The hotel was nice, rooms were comfortable and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to leave early for my flight and they ordered me a cab for 6:30 am, despite nobody being at the front desk at that time. The breakfast was a very good continental breakfast with excellent coffee.

I wish there was a free shuttle to the airport. Leaving so early in the morning was stressful; the cab driver was a bit rude and upset that I didn't have euros and offer to pay by card. I still haven't received the receipt which was supposed to arrive by e-mail.

I was just here for one night before a flight, but was pleasantly surprised with the hotel in terms of location, service and quality. The check-in process was smooth and friendly with offers to help arranging any transport, or a packed breakfast due to my early start which was a really nice touch. I booked a single room which was perfectly sized for one person for the night. The room felt very modern with blackout shades and a balcony. The bathroom was similarly modern and clean. The on-site garage parking was a huge plus, especially as it was raining! The hotel is well situated in the heart of Filderstadt, just a short walk away from a bunch of bars, restaurants and shops and best of all, just a 10 minute drive to the airport.

The property is close to the airport, which was exactly what I needed. The room is large and spacious. The bathroom is outstanding. The staff's friendliness is commendable. I also appreciated the option to store refrigerated items in their fridge.

I have no complaints at all. Perhaps everything would have been perfect if the nightly price had been slightly lower and the WiFi more reliable.

I arrived on a Sunday evening, a little bit after 22 hours, which was the end of late check-in. All staff members were gone, but they left the key to my room in a safety box in front of the hotel. Staff was friendly, answering messages over whatApp even late evening (22 to 23 hours). I was able to communicate with them in German.

I didn't have access to a parking space, even if Booking.com said it is included in my pricing: they have some kind of lifts, which stack 2 cars one over the other. Main parking spots were full, clients are not allowed to use this installation, and there was no staff member to use it when I arrived (22:30). They told me I have to park my car on the street, in a short time parking area. In the morning, I wanted to move the car inside, into the hotel's parking. The receptionist said there are available places, but when I got to the parking, there was no place left.

The personnel was very helpful and friendly The room was super clean and well thought out. The breakfast was great. The location very convenient to the SBAHN. Restaurants and an Italian Gelato place real close by. All in all this was a perfect location to end my Germany trip and if need be I'd go back in a heartbeat This hotel is family owned and it shows- everyone cares. Thank you!!

The location is very close to the airport via the metro, which is a few steps away from the hotel. The area is served with everything necessary, and the hotel staff are extremely polite and smiling.

We had a minor problem with the heating system but this did not affect our satisfaction with the service provided by the hotel.

Hotel was great, new and quiet. Our rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. We liked that there was a closed parking on the spot. The whole experience was hassle free, especially with the communication with the stuff, which was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, location was great (close to the airport but not noisy) so overall totally worth it and highly recommended!

Pillows were not that good for our taste, but this was not a showstopper. It would be great if we had a mini-fridge in the room too.
