Rooms & Ambiance - The rooms are excellent. Very clean and Super comfortable beds. Rooms had kettle too. Wifi - The wifi is good Location - It has excellent connectivity by trains and busses. The train station and the bus stop is 2 minutes from the hotel There is a supermarket close by. Transportation - You can reach the central station in 20 minutes Staff - Polite staff Overall - Very nice hotel to stay.

We could not have breakfast at the hotel as it was very expensive. The rooms just had a kettle but no coffee cups. When we asked the hotel staff. They just gave sugar sachets and did not respond properly.

The hotel is very close to the airport, hence easy access. Very friendly staffs and delicious breakfast (although they served the same food over the 3 days I stayed there). The WiFi was good too.

Nothing much- perhaps they can provide more water bottles in the room. They only provided one and you have to buy the next ones.

Good location. 4 stops from Stuttgart Airport by train (U6 line). Also conveniently located with a supermarket within walking distance.

A staff was rather rude on Sunday when we approached her for assistance to look for places that were opened on that day as most places were closed on Sunday.

excellent stop over location, just off the highway. It is an industrial area. very spacious room and everything one needs for a comfortable stay. free parking hotel, but if this was not the policy, the area provides for enough parking spaces. amenities in the room

- perhaps the unfoldable couch, which was c.140cm wide can be too small for a couple, but certainly OK for younger kids and very comfi.

We received for free an upgrade for family room and everything was perfectly clean. Staff was friendly and well prepared.

The room was big enough, but there was only one chair, which I found a little bit inconvenient. There was a coffee machine, but no capsules for it, which was strange.

Close to the tram station. It is a typical Mercure Hotel but one with a good restaurant inside that serves local foods and lots of beers and wine. If you're tired at the end of the day, it saves your evening without compromise.

The price was enormous due to the exhibition.

The breakfast is absolutely excellent with a huge range. The rooms are spacious with large windows but good curtains to block out any light. The staff are very helpful and provided the cot immediately when requested.

The tea and coffee selection in the room is a bit lacking

Extraordinary friendly staff. Room was quite a good size for us and great AC. Breakfast was great. Common places were really clean and a friendly ambient.

Cleaning of the bathroom was not the best. Also the 'second' double bed (as per the room details in website) was only a convertible sofa, although sort of comfortable.

The staff was rather unhelpful. The parking should be free, at least during the non-trade fair times.

It was a basic hotel perfect for one night stay, and close to the highway, still very quiet area. Breakfast and cleanliness was good, nothing to complain.

The restaurant is closed at the moment and there was only one option for dinner at 15 min. walk or ordering in from a single provider. The special request from booking.com form was not fulfilled only after I mentioned at the reception.
