Nice place with historic ambience, traditional interiors and lovely service. The staff was very friendly and polite, much caring and proving all the guidance needed. I found their dinner option with half-board an INCREDIBLE value - fair priced, excellent and modern taste, ultimate quality! Really liked the dinner food a lot. The room was spacious enough for three of us, comfortable beds, nice shower and cosmetics. Windows could be open for a fresh mountain breeze. It is also very quite outside, no noise.

The parking was a bit tricky, as was full in front of the hotel, hence had to use the garage. The entry is easy though and don't require to be pre check-in - yet the path back from garage to the reception is a quest. Another point that could be better is breakfast - it's not bad at all, but it simply could be better, with a broader choice, with daily specials, with more a la carte choices (like pancakes) besides eggs-only.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and like last time we were not disappointed, excellent in every way. we look forward to coming back as soon as possible.

The most advanced technology in the most traditional style. Same goes to food, highly advanced and based on a long tradition. Great trails right behind the hotel. Staff is effective, kind and respectful. Village is like a time pocket.

The room was not very sound proof

The reception is very friendly. The room is clean, big and cosy. Although it is beside the road, but very quiet. The staffs who serve the breakfast are very friendly and helpful. I will choose it again and recommend it to friends.

From the moment we walked into Parkhotel, I knew this place was special. The gentleman who met us at the front desk treated us like family, breezing thru the check in process to get us quickly to our 4 course all inclusive dinner. The dining room was exactly what I wanted with heavy wood carvings and beams, and was only outdone by the gorgeous and delicious meal. Our suite was also authentic like the dining room with a deep tub, separate shower, separate W/C, dining table with Christmas cookies waiting. From the balcony, the snow covered mountains as the backdrop for our window box full of cheer and white lights to trim the garden set the mood for family memories. Then the spa, deep large indoor pool, hot tub and relaxing room…fabulous after a day in the snow! But the most impressive event was the manager’s greeting before dinner with Prosecco around a circle bar, roaring fireplace and cozy conversations with all. I felt like we were in a Cheers episode and part of a fun German family event. AMAZING! They were preparing for a curling tournament, award ceremony, and celebration meal the next night. He took the time to acknowledge the fact that our American friends were missing the event, but invited us to return next year and extended the option of emailing him directly to secure the plans. This is the kind of experience every family dreams of for building memories. Want your teenagers to put down their phones, beg to come with you as young adults for the traditional holiday fun…go to Parkhotel.

The breakfast and the dinner are excellent

If the hotel could supply the hand soap, it would be much better. Sometimes when we returned to hotel we need to wash our dirty hands

A real classy hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms are big and a pleasure to stay in. The sauna, swimming pool and spa are great as is the gym. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast and a nice bar area.

The extensive Zirbenholz ( Zirbenwood) paneling throuhout the suite, the view, the parking-garage, all of the interior-designs and features, the restaurant and the breakfast and the friendly staff.

The room-key system could be upgraded to a key-card-system. An additional face-basin in the toilet (-room) would be helpful as well as very convenient.
