It is a very clean, modern hotel, with a nice staff. Close to Outlet Center, railway station, and VW. In the morning you can expect a fantastic, rich breakfast. Very fast wifi with seamless login without any annoying passwords.

A little bit "bumpy" hotel system - check-in and check-out take time and often lines at the reception desk. Hotel rooms could be at least one sqm larger :-) Check your receipt carefully, it has been impossible to find a direct email to the hotel later and they have only a general form on Premier Inn web with a response time of 25 days :-o

Really modern, quiet and clean. The quality of the breakfast is great. I liked the fact that plastic waste is clearly avoided. Very convenient for going to VW Autostadt (15 min walking distance).

Because of issues with the reservation of another guest, I had to wait 15-20 min before being able to check-in while it was already late. I can understand that it can happen but I would have appreciated to be considered during this time instead of being completely ignored by the employee at the reception. Only when I started complaining another employee came to check me in.

We completely enjoyed the premier inn. We did get the breakfast every day and we were glad we did. The hotel was very reasonably priced and very clean. We found the room a little small even by EU standards but we really don’t care about that bed comfortable. Easily walkable to great kids museum and autostrada. Don’t follow google maps to walk to hotel from train station walk through the large mall. Staff was great. Lots of meeting area or nooks in lobby to meet up with friends and colleagues. Very quiet

to be honest with you in the morning it went a little bad I almost said the opposite and hated your establishment for a lack of communication and behavior even if they thought they would make up for it I just didn't want to give a bad rating because I really appreciated the first day the welcome was magnificent which I did not appreciate for a reception manager she must keep calm so as not to get angry with the customers, I was a mystery shopper, don't worry don't worry, you will get a good rating for your establishment

New, well-located hotel with comfortable, quiet rooms and spacious, comfy lobby (great place to enjoy a drink for happy hour, 50% off). Delicious, ample breakfast with fresh rolls, baked on site. We appreciated the central location, close to the main roads, city center and the outlet mall. Friendly, helpful staff. We also liked the option of being able to invite friends for breakfast (for an extra charge). Good value for money

paid parking (15 euro per night) is a bit steep, considering that most guests probably arrive by car.

The location of the hotel is walking distance to everything there is to do and see if Wolfsburg. The hotel is very clean and well kept with fantastic staff who speak many languages. Breakfast far exceeded my expectations and even the bar food was very nice. In all I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to another stay!

The parking is an extra cost per day. The car park itself is nice and safe but it was a surprise to me when checking in I had an additional parking fee.

The brand-new hotel is very cosy and nice to saty in. The personnel is helpful and kind. Small issue was quickly solved. Breakfast was tasty and ordinary. Parking is available.

We had to change the preodered room because there was a smoke smell which was quite unxepected. But the issue was quickly solved and I was given another room for disabled people. The room was spacious and silent although it was next to the corridor door which was quite loud. Anyway the hotel is recommended and nice to stay in.

Every member of Staff were helpful & friendly. Even on the Monday night when the kitchen was closed the lady at the bar showed us a menu from a local pizza shop and rang through our order and then she came with the delivery man to our outside table to make sure we were happy. 10 minutes walk to Autostadt over the bridge. Good car parking ground level and underground

Nothing we just liked everything

location was perfect for our stay. A visit to the Volkswagen facilities mere 100's of meters away. Two staff were especially helpful, two ladies on reception and in the bar area, one who was Indonesian and one who hailed from Rhodesia

Because of a staff shortage during our stay, one evening the bar and kitchen facilities were shut and did not open until the next morning

Parking for 15€, should be included. Literally in front of the hotel on the street there's a free parking, only difference is that it's behind an entrance bar and few bushes, so same level of security. However you're not forced to leave after check out, so you can visit the museum after check out and leave the car in front of hotel.
