I have stayed at this hotel at least six times. Breakfast is always good. They have variety to choose from and the staff always very pleasant.

I had a miserable three nights. For some reason I reacted to the sheets. I couldn't sleep, I was up in the middle of the night itching all over. I was miserable, one night it was so bad I was actually in tears. Then the TV wasn't working from the first night. I reported it, but it was not fixed. They were willing to change my room, but it was too late.

The location of the hotel been very close to the Kotoka Airport with a complimentary drop service was superb. Saves you from Airport touts that parade as cab drivers. The daily breakfast is another superb of the hotel. Local dishes that I tried were very taste and enjoyed every bite thereof. Very rich in Vitamin C, B complex. The breakfast buffet is adequately green. The COBA restaurant staff are very nice guys especially one AGNES lady saw to my needs with so much smiles all through my stay.

Thursday and Saturday evenings into the nights up till 1:00 am. The live band noise was too much for me. For someone on business trip, I could not concentrate for my work those evenings and projection for the next days.

Airport View Hotel is located near the Airport, it is a walkable distance. The room was spacious but a few things need to be worked on. 1. The safe was locked and asked reception to help but they kept on lying that they were coming to fix it. 2. The wardrobe had 1 door and it was not moving. It was difficult to put clothes on the hungers 3. The bathroom does not have a door to close while bathing and water ends up splashing on the floor outside the bathroom. 4. The light on the sink needs to be replaced. Please Airport View Hotel management, these are small fixes you can do. 5. The rooms have only 1 bedside table instead of 2, bedside tables are small peace of furniture they can add to the room. 6. No spoon was provided in the room, they kept promising me to bring the spoon and nothing was provided. BREAKFAST was super… Air conditioning is super good as Accra is quite a hot place.

1-Some staff at the reception were not friendly and had a very bad attitude. They were not listening. However, some were good. 2-Some lifts need to be replaced, they are too old. 3-The carpets in the corridors need replacement.

Friendly staff and the rooms are air-conditioned warm running water from the tap a d slso enjoyed the pool side.Have enjoyed breakfast as well . They serve Brunch breakfast.

As I walk in the room the stench smell from the refrigerator that was off and the door was open had to sleep in that smelly room gor the night.

Food is amazing here, staff were very friendly. Music on Friday night in the rooftop bar was excellent and very amusing. The rooms, it depends which you get but the ones on the third floor looking out onto the road were very comfortable. The ones on the second floor, dependent really on location if there was noise during the night. Work booked me a stay here and the room wasnt as good as when I returned under my own steam and booked myself a room.

Late check out is rather pricey but worth it if you have a late flight. It is a bit weird finding your way to the restaurant as well as some lifts don't stop on the second floor. But overall a great stay.

Location , proximity to airport was excellent. Facilities great. Value for money unparalleled. Staff friendly and super warm. Food very good. Personable hospitality. Greeted with a smile. Best value for money and I’ve stayed in top top hotels.

Can’t think of anything to be honest. Car park is a bit tight but considering the location that’s a non-issue

Based on the purpose of my travel, the facility is in close proximity to the airport and the South Africa visa application center. It was a working distance to the center. Also, the staff were very approachable and hospitable - always asking questions and willing to help!

The internet was unstable. I lost connectivity whenever I left my room to go to the restaurant or the pool area, and vice versa. I would almost always have to ask staff at the reception to reconnect my laptop and Samsung Tablet. This was a bit unsettling!

Everything. The hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in this hotel. The hotel is also very close to the Marina mall. The staff was very nice and helpful. Room are big and clean.

Great value for the price. Nice 24h warm pool, and nice breakfast. The room is excellent: a huge nice shower was very comfortable. A/C, refrigerator, water kettle with coffee and tea. The bed is solid (healthy) clean and comfortable. The room window has a good view and antimosquito net. The bathroom has a small window with antimosquitos net.

The room service kept annoying me by asking if I'm checking out, and I replied about 30 minutes, and after 30 minutes, she came again and opened the door as I was in the shower. (All this was at 4 pm, which is not a checkout time, but I think she knew from the reception that I would check out soon.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The staff I encountered were incredible The location was splendid as I could have a panoramic view of the Airport

Could be a bit noisy because of the closeness to the main road but hey, it's still beautiful seeing fast-moving cars from your window. They can improve the internal decorations. A partition/shield between the main bath area and the toilet seat will prevent unnecessary flooding of the bathroom floor
