My flight was delayed by two hours, yet the driver was there to greet me. The staff expected me. The room was spacious, really clean, the bedding a delight. Shower a little ordinary and no chance of a beer or a late snack, but that was not the reason for the stay. I was transient and did not want to stay in "luxury hotel" with a significant price point. This was value for money and I will go there again. They allowed me to utilize my room allowing me to work until I had to depart for connection plane. Again room service and transport to airport - excellent. Staff charming and helpful.

The additional facilities - bar and food - so I was pretty hungry, but a small criticism. I did not ask them to make anything for me, but difficult when i the air.

The hotel has a good location, close to the Airport, a coffee shop down the road, a restaurant down the road. There is also a in-house restaurant and a bar. The rooms are big with AC, separate bathroom, and very important for me, a desk to work on.

At very late arrival, there is no possibility to get somethign to drink. But somebody arranged that for me from down the road. Great!

Two receptionists: Vallentina, and Ohenewaa, joyfully helped me solve a booking problem that I created (accidentally) while rushing to catch my departure flight leaving New York. It was nice to meet you both in person, thank you very much. Mike B. PS. nice secure modern neighborhood, clean, well attended. Security guards were where they should be. We walked down the street in the dark between 6-8pm going to a local restaurant. Most people were welcoming and said hello. This is my second stay, and I just booked my third stay 2 weeks from now and will leave from here to go to/from the airport. Thank you Lavender Lodge.

Cannot think of anything. No water pumps cycled on off, no generators made noise. Only the birds chirp and sing sweet songs. WiFi never dropped out. The food was very tasty. Free breakfast was satisfying.

Very quiet neighborhood, pleasant small hotel with a small swimming pool. Spacious room with lot of light, large bathroom with hot water. Complimentary water, tea and coffee. Good service to the airport. Very kind staff. Decent restaurant. Excellent wifi. They take credit cards, which is not very obvious in Ghana.

Breakfast is very poor, just tea/coffee, some fruit and toast. You can order an omelette but not included in the price.

I was surprised how big the room was. Bed could fit 3 people for sure and was super comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard but nice, no complaint. Staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. Hotel is located on the quiet road, short drive from the airport. I'll definitely stay there again.

Window blinds could be a bit darker for a better, longer morning rest but absolutely not a deal breaker

Comfortable place in a residential area just 10min from the airport. Furniture a bit old, but comfortable bed and the rooms are very clean! AC, wifi, hot water, fridge- everything works, breakfast included. Lovely staff! I recommend this place.

Very closed to the airport, friendly staff. Decent breakfast, great location. I know it is not fair to compare with other countries. But for the price of one night, one can have a very good IBIS single room, with a rich and delicious breakfast in most EU capitals.

it was clean, the staff was lovely, and the breakfast was wonderful.

The room, though it was very clean and had a wonderful shower, was sorely lacking. the table lamp didn’t work, the overhear light was dim, the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you bang on the tank, the toilet roll is poorly attached to the wall, there is too much light coming in at night, and the air conditioner was always freezing, no matter the setting.

Everything was exceptional. The grounds. The flowers. The pool. The gazebo. The food. The cheerful reception. Everything was exceptional.

When it was time to leave. 4 days was too short.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I was given room 2 which is a big room and was lovely and clean. Room had a fridge, coffee facilities etc. There is a small but warm and clean swimming pool with a nice sitting area in front of the property. Lodge is close to the airport in a nice area.

I only stayed for 1 night and so found nothing to dislike. Possibly no restaurants in walking distance.
