The property was clean and the staff were professional. The air conditioning was excellent and the beds were very comfortable.

Our only “problem” was that our toilet didn’t flush. However, there was a bucket that we could fill with water to flush it that way.

I like the airport pick up. The staff were warm and welcoming all the time. The breakfast was fresh and ok, wish there were more options. The pool was a plus, even thought I forgot my swimsuit and yes I will be using it when I return.

I stayed here before and I looked forward to staying for more days than I did but I took a long time to book during the festival season. I wish they didn't book up so soon but I will be back again.

Everything else was great. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was great, the room I stayed in was comfortable, the AC worked, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was hot water. The complimentary breakfast (choice of eggs, beverage, bread and sausages, baked beans or fruits) was okay... considering it was complimentary. The location of the hotel was just fine for my purposes. I really appreciated the free airport pickup and drop-off. 0 Will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Tamale.

My only problem was the smell in the bathroom which sometimes seeped into the room especially at night.

Convenient location. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Awesome value! I strongly recommend this hotel. Well worth the reviews. Definitely coming back. My hotel of choice in Tamale for now. Best suited for a business traveler.

Staff could be more professional. With the exception of the manager and one other person, the staff appeared bothered by the presence of guest. Professionalism of staff will be the perfect complement. Wifi connectivity also needs improvement.

The breakfast selection was limited but the lunch and dinner options and quality were wonderful.

There was not a lot of area to move around within the room. It was mostly just the bed. The internet did not work well in the room on the first floor and there was no comfortable office space to work in. I did most of my work in the restaurant but they locked up at 10pm which limited my ability to participate in international meetings.

The manager, David was amazing in fact all the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean and comfortable

For our purposes the location was on the wrong side of town, but that was our fault!

The breakfast was ok, the price was good, especially having an airport shuttle.

Which there were more option for the breakfast and the bathroom had a smell and leak.

Meals were tastefully prepared.

Everything went well.

This was a really nice place. The space was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. The bed was so soft. I didn’t have to go anywhere to search for food. It was very peaceful. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Food was exceptional. True to pictures.

Not much to not like about this place. One incident which was minor but it’s a part of life. Somethings are uncontrollable but it was fixed immediately.

Almost everything, like always.

Just a slight smell in the toilet sometimes.
