Very warm and friendly people who can't do enough for you. The location is fantastic on Kalamaki beach, a nice sandy beach which has a shallow entry into the warm sea and is ideal for kids and there is a pool also which is good. The apartments are adequate and good value for what you pay. There is a beach bar which serves breakfast, lunch and drinks all day until about 6.30 pm then the restaurant opens which is excellent value and serves great food at very reasonable prices, the octopus is the best I have tasted and the souvlaki and kleftico are very good too. Kalamaki is a on its own with no shops, we had a car so we could get about and it is about 5 miles from Kasioppi which is a major town.

We liked the accommodation, and the pool was really great to have. But what made our stay exceptional were the people. Niko helped us rent scooters as soon as we arrived, and Eliot with his sense of humour made our every day at the bar and restaurant enjoyable. The food in their restaurant was delicious and prepared with love. Since there is shallow water, the place is suitable for children as well for playing beach tennis. The water was nice and warm, and after a few meters away, it was also good for swimmers.

There isn´t anything that we didn´t like. We had a bit of a problem with the WIFI speed, at the beginning. Then we found a spot in a restaurant where it was OK.

We felt “at home” here. All thanks to Niko’s kind hospitality, he treated us as friends/family. He even drove us to the nearest supermarket to get some water and foods etc. The location is superb, it has the beautiful sandy beach is in front of the hotel, with not much wave so young children can enjoy. There is also a clean swimming pool. Our children spent all day everyday at either at beach or at swimming pool. Fried sardine and grilled octopus at Niko’s restaurant was great, too. Friendly staff. Great location, great & friendly host! Nice taverns, relaxing beach, beautiful sea, comfi pool with nice sunbeds.

The apartment is basic, which is fine, but it could use a bit more kitchen equipment like a few extra mugs/cups and bowls. And a spot to hang the shower head would be perfect!

Lovely accommodation overlooking Kalamaki beach. Spotlessly clean room with a small bathroom and kitchen (which we didn’t use as we had Greek yoghurt with fruit and honey on the beach from Nikos’ own beach bar and also a delicious meal at his taverna restaurant!) Great air-conditioning in the room and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony overlooking the beautiful Albanian Coast and mountains. Nikos and his colleagues at the beach were so accommodating and made it such a lovely stay! Thank you Nikos and the team, we would definitely stay again!

we had a great time with my mom, I'm sorry that we arrived very early before the opening of the season, and it was rainy, so we couldn't do much during the vacation, but the staff and the owner were very nice and helpful in everything, the accommodation was nice and very clean

The location is incredible and the view from the apartment is stunning - being so close to the sea is very special. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony staring at the view! The accommodation is very basic but has decent air conditioning, and is a good size., the pool is very nice too. The staff are all lovely and very helpful, we felt well looked after. The food in the beach bar and restaurant was great and the kids LOVED the enormous selection of ice creams.

The WiFi wasn’t great and the beds are rather hard.

You have everything there: the house is near the sand beach and the car park, for free, is in front of the house. A nice restaurant and a little bar on the beach with a lot of traditional food and drinks. I like very much the people from there, they are always polite, smiling and nice. Especially Nikos and his employee.

The beach and the surroundings need a little bit more care. It's nothing more to say

We stayed in the top floor of this beachfront place. There is a great balcony with views out to Albania, a beach bar, nice pool, restaurant downstairs and it’s 10 minutes into Kassiopi (nice town). We had a car but there was a bus stop at the top of the hill. Peaceful.

Nothing - it is a bit rustic but this is a good value place

The most friendliest hotel staff I have ever come across, they go out of their way to make sure you have the perfect holiday. Beautiful quiet beach with a great restaurant. Good size pool with comfortable sunbeds.

There is nothing I didn’t like, highly recommend
