The staff are lovely and helped with everything, the room was stunning, they upgraded free of charge, the view was beautiful, it was very clean and the shower was great. Perfect location, not far from the metro and just across the road from the port

Room and balcony was wonderful. Breakfast was good enough. Staff wonderful and helpful. Booked our taxi to the port for us. Hotel manager supervised all the taxis coming to take guests to the cruise ships. Everyone got a taxi with no bad feelings. The restaurant attached to the hotel was unexpected. The meal we had was one of the best I have ever eaten. Nor a huge menu but delicious. Definitely would stay again if sailing from Athens.

Only one lift so a bit of a wait for everyone trying to leave at the same time. Luckily everyone was in good humour looking forward to their cruises.

The staff go above and beyond to help with anything that's needed. And most are extremely friendly. The hotel and our room is decorated to a high standard. And the room was big enough for a disabled person. There's a pillow selection to choose from. There's a coffee machine as well as a kettle. There's fresh cake in the lobby every evening.

The shower screen could be bigger/wider (in an accessible room ) as water from the shower goes everywhere , all over the floor. The shower area could have done with handrails both sides and not just the one side.The elevator is not very big , my mother was unable to get her mobility scooter in the elevator to go to our room on the 3rd floor, so had to leave it in reception to charge every night . Thankfully she'd bought her walking rollator aid to walk with otherwise it would have been a massive problem as she's unable to walk unaided. WiFi is extremely slow !

Great hotel in an ideal location. Lots of restaurants and other shops within walking distance. Close proximity to all of the cruise & ferry ports as well as the train station. Staff were super friendly and helpful, even the housekeeping staff who didn't speak English were so friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfy. Didn't like that the toilet has a glass door on it though! You have to put your room key in the holder for the power to activate so this was a bit annoying as kept coming back to a very hot room, but it cooled down quickly. Air con was very efficient. Fantastic breakfast!

Very nice hotel in as great location near the port of Athens (Piraeus). I would recommend staying here if you need a place to stay between port arrival or departure and your Athens airport arrival or departure. Just a couple of blocks from the port and also from the metro and train station. Very nice room and bar and restaurant was great.

The shower has such a small glass partition from the toilet area that you end up spraying water everywhere in the Shower/WC room. At least there is a drain to get rid of the water. Thankfully, the sink area is separate from the WC by a door. This is such a common problem in so many European counties.

This hotel was perfectly located for us right next to the port. It was a couple blocks from the 1/3 train line so we were able to hop on the train to get to many attractions, and then when it was time to catch our boat we only needed to cross the street with our luggage. The breakfast provided has so many different choices we couldn’t try them all. The room was a nice size.

We weren’t able to control the thermostat from our room so while we had it lowered (by going to the front desk) our first night,by our second night it was hot again so just make sure you continue to request your desired temperature. Also the shower has no door so water did get outside after our shower making it slippery.

The Hotel is new and modern with friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. Furthermore the breakfast was very well organised and rich, personnel is friendly and always trying to help if e.g. you have questions on how to make your coffee on a very nice nespresso machine.

Well, just the remark that breakfast at first didn't seem to be included. Still, the next morning we just went for breakfast and when checking out we fortunately could show that it was included and it was no hassle. Maybe just some inexperience, no problem. The airconditioning was noisy and we couldn't get it working at a convenient speed/noise level. This is something though we didn't report at the reception so maybe there must be a way.

Perfect Hotel, with the most friendly and helpful staff who over and above to make us comfortable. We came in early from traveling over 24 hours from the US and they let us check in several hours early and told us to get a nice rest. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing!! In the morning after we checked out they let us store our baggage in the front room while we strolled the city a bit before our cruise. The rooms were beautiful, large, clean, modern and the bed was a dream.

The hotel was fantastic, the staff felt like family when you left. If I had to think of one and only complaint it would be the elevator was a bit slow but there was a beautiful marble staircase right next to it so we took advantage of getting exercise.

Well the hotel was kind enough to arrange a taxi to the cruise terminal. We shared a taxi with another couple and requested a taxi for 4 persons with 4 large suitcases. The guy at reception arranged this and helped us out yo the taxi with our luggage. Unfortunately what arrived was not suitable and could not accommodate us u til I had a suitcase and back pack on my lap. In these circumstances the hotel should have rejected the taxi and ask them to send something suitable and as ordered. The cab company would not wish to upset the hotel and would have arranged a more suitable vehicle such as an estate. Not the hotels fault but could have looked after there clients a little better on this occasion.

We needed a hotel to spend the night in Piraeus because we had a really early boat. This was reasonably priced and right up our alley in terms of comfort, decoration and overall service. The room was big and beautiful, tastefully decorated and modern, with good toiletries and complementary water. Really comfortable bed and pillows. The wifi worked well. It is within walking distance to the metro and the port, do check where your boat leaves from however, the port is ginormous and some gates are like 40 mins away. The receptionist was super fun and nice and received us really well. We left at 6 in the morning (with an Uber since our gate was E2 and that is far) so we did not have breakfast. Next time we have to stay in Piraeus we will stay here for sure. Really good choice!
