I've never been more impressed with a host than I was with Eva. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Unfortunately, the 1st night there, I became violently ill for 5 days from octopus food poisoning that I ordered from a delivery service. I had just moved to Greece from America, so I didn't know anyone, how, or where to get medical help. She made sure I was safe, checked in with me often, refreshed my linens, water, and gave me instructions on how to seek medical help. The staff was so friendly, even the building mechanics. She also helped me find a local realtor to purchase property for my residency in Greece. Any issues were resolved immediately by Eva. She's not only a good host, she's a good soul. I've owned many bnbs ....from Florida, California to Hawaii, and I can tell you that the owners are lucky to have her working for them. Very easy check in. Apartment is quite large and extremely clean. Eva was such a pleasure to deal with. Very comfortable inside

The noise during the night is very loud, I was woken multiple times throughout the night with banging music . Out of the control of the owners unfortunately but they were extremely helpful with everything else

The apartment was really super, large with balconies, decor, amenities and facilities super, lovely walk in large showers. The host Eva was so so helpful and very easy to communicate with. Very close to metro station for travel to Airport and Pireaus Port and the other areas of Athens and also if you like walking can reach the other main areas with a fair bit of walking. Roof top terrace on top of apartment building great view of the Acropolis at night for drinks or during the day. Area the apartment is in had many restaurants, bars and clubs so don't expect a quiet area, very vibrant and lively..

At night can be very noisy with very loud music from the clubs and bars near by until the early hours of the morning, the apartment was very well glazed, but take very very good ear plugs if you are a light sleeper and keep the windows closed.

We spent 4 nights in Athens staying in this loft. While I'm not really sure if the location in the city is considered good or not, the loft it self is just amazing. It has everything one might need during short stay, very clean, cozy, has balcony and roof top patio with an amazing view to the Acropolis and some other landmarks of the city. Couple of coffe shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Acropolis and some other places too. There was no problem at all to get the car parked on the street meters from the door, however secured parking was available as well for a good price nearby. If ever visiting Athens again - would definately check availability of this proterty. Can recommend to anyone else too!

I'm not sure if the part of the city is considered a good location or not. When browsing through the city, definately saw better looking and cleaner areas, most probably more expensive to book an appartment too. Whoever reads this - dont get me wrong here - me and my family felt completely safe inside and outside the property. The unusal thing to us was everything being SO dence in this area around the property and so much of everything in one place :)

Loved this place and location, Gazi is such a cool area, so many bars and restaurants. A really cool neighbourhood, very hipster! The loft apartments are really big, two bathrooms, super modern, clean, aircon. I’m 6”2 so was worried the cleaning in the loft area was low but it isn’t. Two bathrooms was handy. Kitchen is handy. Finally, Eva’s communication was amazing, she is amazingly helpful, Uber helpful!! And we secured a very late checkout which made such a difference as we had a late afternoon flight. Eva even arranged the taxi to bring us the airport that was ready outside.

Modern layout with all that you need for your stay. Everything seemed brand new. From the roof garden, you can enjoy the view to The Acropolis, and just sit and relax.

At night, the discotheques are quite loud, and even if you are using ear plugs, it is difficult to sleep.

Very clean, comfortable and staff were very helpful! Looks exactly like the pictures and the roof terrace was lovely.

Due to the location, it can get quite noisy at night. However, ear plugs are provided and they do the job well!

Location is very close to the metro Kerameikos and a square with plenty of bar and restaurants options.

The inability to keep the AC on when you’re off property, even for just a few minutes.

Very clean, with all the necessary basics, and a wonderful balcony. Very roomy and the air conditioning worked great. Eva was in contact for any questions.

The only thing missing was a microwave
