The location and size of the apartment. There are so many cafes within a 2 minute walk. Shopping nearby is excellent too.We walked up Lycabettus hill first thing in the morning, absolutely fantastic. All the main sight seeing attractions are nearby too.

It was a little hard to find the sign for the entrance. However, instructions to get in are very clear. At first, the street seems a little dodgy, but in fact, it is fine and in the daytime very lively. There is a view of the building next door from the bedroom. The handle on the bedroom door needs to be repaired.

I recently stayed here with my partner and daughter, and it was a fantastic experience, especially for the price. The apartment was in a very central location, making it easy to walk to popular attractions, with plenty of lively bars and restaurants nearby. There's also an elevator, which was convenient, though it only fits two people at a time. Checking in was a breeze with a key box and code provided, allowing us to arrive at any time. The owner was very responsive and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying here! A quick tip for those driving: navigating Athens can be challenging, as drivers are often aggressive and many cars show signs of wear. While free street parking is available, we chose to park at Polis Parking, which is within walking distance and costs around €15 for overnight parking highly recommended for peace of mind!

The geographic location was very good, very centric, but the neighbourhood was less good. Not crazy bad but not somewhere where me as a woman would dare walking alone and night. The room was fantastic and well equipped, clean and well thought of. Lots of space and ideal temperature. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, and helped us a lot. Staff was friendly as well.

As mentioned the neighbourhood is not ideal in terms of atmosphere but its closeness to the center compensates for that. We were unable to open the blinds and window. For the rest it was all good.

Where do I begin? Everything was great. Great location, apartment is very spacious, have all you need for your stay. The best thing was the check in and check out, no need to coordinate times, the key was waiting for me. Also I loved that I didnt get tons of messages from the host, we only interacted when needed. This is a 10 for the host. It's true that there are bars outside, but I was lucky not sure if it was because it was raining or January, but nobody was there so no music or noise. I could sleep like a baby. I didnt expect to have a jacuzzi, though I missed a shower, there's a shower head in the jacuzzi you can use. Wifi worked ok and tv channels are limited, but could watch some Greek series. Close to the metro (omonia) and supermarkets, restaurants etc. around the apartment, I staid in the zone 4 years ago, so I knew how it was. I hope to come back to this apartment in the future. Just a suggestion, having an actual shower and kitchen frypan would be great.

There wasn't a single speck of dust anywhere. It was extremely clean. It was also relatively cheap. The owner responds quickly (within 5-10 minutes of texting).

The area around the apartment isn't the safest at night. There are few bars on the same street as the apartment but it didn't bother me even though I'm a light sleeper because the windows were sound isolated. Also, the shower cabin doesn't have a door and there are not any drains so whenever you take a shower the bathroom is filled with water (keep in kind there are no mops inside).

Loved this apartment so much, the terrace was huge and just perfect for morning coffee in the sunshine. Its small but exactly what you need inside , a very comfortable bed, very hot shower. Clean towels and extra coffee pods were provided too. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Just 15 mins walk to main square and the bar outside is perfectly lively with great drinks. We stayed on the top floor and were never disturbed by any noise. Close to the market and also to some great Greek local food delights.

The apartment was very clean and extremely cool especially as it was 40C outside. The location is great with bars - Tchin Tchin is nice -outside. Was quiet at night and the bed comfortable. Great shower that dint leaker the floor and hot water. As usual in Exarchia a good choice of small tavernas nearby. We ate at Ouzel Lesvos which was excellent. Garage parking lots nearby. Good value in July. Check in at 1400 is a bonus

No kitchen area just a kettle but we were fine with our coffee and fresh orange juice

We received check-in information well in advance, which helped in planning how to get there. We took a metro from the airport to Omonoia and walked to the accommodation from there. The Acropolis was also within walking distance. There were police officers watching the area around the clock just around the corner of the apartment but we didn’t encounter any problems in the neighbourhood. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The elevator was tiny but it did the job. The apartment itself was as shown in photos, air condition worked without issues. There were some noises coming from the streets but fortunately our bedroom was located on the other side of the apartment so we could block the noises with the bedroom door.

Very good location, around are many local bars. Hills for hike and market are in 15min walking distance. Easy communication with the owner. Room had everything necessary, including also air conditioner. Also room had a balcony, but for this case I would recommend to have a house shoes, as the floor of the balcony is a dusty concrete. In general, recommended for the stay in Athens.

There is a bar in front of the building which plays loud music, but if to sleep with the close windows it is ok.

The apartment inside is beautiful, clean and approaching luxurious.

The location in Athens is a bit odd. You can buy a book (in Greek), on almost every corner but if you want milk, bread, eggs or any basic home items, good luck trying to find a convenience store. The apartment is advertised as having a clothes washing machine available and we counted on that. But it was broken and although there was another one staff would not let us use it. Walking the streets trying to find a laundrette that was open as google suggested in dark streets covered in graffiti was not a pleasant prospect.
