Location was perfect, very close to the Acropolis & Parthenon and Acropolis Museum, as well as Plaka for shopping and plenty of amazing restaurants around to sample. Breakfast was great, fantastic selection of western breakfast staples and additions of Greek tastes including olive spread (tapenade), Tiropita (cheese pie) one morning and Greek honey. Room was clean and spacious for 2 large suitcases, with a lovely outdoor balcony we sat on to relax. Toiletries were provided which was nice and featured olive oil. Just to note there a 3 buildings and you may need to walk 1-2 minutes to the main building (building A) for breakfast however wasn’t an issue.

The air conditioning had a slightly odd smell when we would return to the room but would disappear once we slotted the key card back into the room for the air conditioning unit to turn back on.

Great location. In the heart of everything. Close to attractions, shopping, restaurants, and bars. They have multiple buildings, and you could be in any one of those. The building was very secure and safe. The room we stayed in was tight with a queen bed.

The location was great, but it was like living in a bustling city square. Every sound, from honking horns to late-night karaoke, seemed amplified. I think a room on the top floor would have been like living in a quiet oasis. As for breakfast, it was a bit of a trek, but at least it gave us a chance to get some exercise and maybe even stumble upon a hidden gem.

Location and clean facilities! It is located in a great area full of shops & restaurants. I wish I had room in my suitcase to buy more stuff! The entire staff was kind and very accommodating, allowing 7 of us to store all our luggage because we arrived early, and then delivering it to our room when the room was ready. It was our last night in Greece so we were exhausted. They even arranged for the van to take us all to the airport. It’s a set of three buildings that have been renovated to become comfortable and rustic rooms. I loved staying here. Ohhh and breakfast buffet was perfect

Our friends room was on the higher floor of building B and did not have elevator. The steps are tricky and spiral. We had a small elevator in building C.

Very well located. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help or advise. Breakfast was great but variety was lacking at some point (we stayed 5 days). Very clean and spacious rooms. 24/7 reception. Cleaning the room every day.

Noise from the street. At all times. Either traffic or construction works. But they provide earplugs. Ridiculous to charge 1€ per coffee capsule after you run out of coffee. Same for the water. We had early check out and it was not possible to get a breakfast take away. Nor refund. Really check if you can get a lift in the building you book. But they provide a butler service if you can’t carry your suitcases.

The breakfast was perfect! The set up was really lovely and there were so many options. Our group of 9 were all very pleased. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was amazing! I want to mention that the front desk staff were extremely helpful. Especially, Mary, Marialena, Dimitri, and Kosta! I messaged the hotel prior to our arrival and my questions were answered immediately by the staff (Marialena, Despoina).

The guests above us were a little noisy, but we were still able to sleep.

Fabulous hotel we were a few doors up from the main hotel. The rooms were modern and beautiful. The best location to see all of Athens walking distance away.The staff were truly amazing, so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay their again.

One thing we had two small complementary water on the first day only. If you wanted more, it was 1 euro each. it's not about the money. The hotel was not cheap, and it was 38 degrees outside o think we should of had water free every day.

Our family booked 7 rooms from double balcony (another building) & family suite (main building). The rooms were clean, spacious & very comfortable. The breakfast was a plus! The location of the hotel was very centralized. 5 minutes walk to Monasteraki square, 5 minutes walk to Plaka and onto the Acropolis Parthenon… The staffs were so friendly and very kind & helpful. Dimitri at the front desk was top notch! Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location, comfortable and clean rooms, super nice staff, great breakfast (liked the changing verity each day), everything is well maintained. Great lighting - most hotels are dark... Very cosy feeling.

Your key card is needed for electricity, so there's no electricity when you leave the room. It means that you can't leave you phone to charge or the air-conditioning on - and it takes air-conditioning a few hours to actually work properly in the heat of August

The staff at the Athens Manor Houses was welcoming and very helpful! The breakfast was delightful, the rooms and balconies were beautiful! The location was walking distance from restaurants, shops, cafés and attractions. We highly recommend!

We are from the US and we’re accustomed to a/c. The temps in Athens were 100°+ F while we were there. The a/c is only turned on while the room key is in the slot. So, when we were out, the a/c turned off. We understand that this is common in Europe.

Hotel is close to everything in the Plaka area. Bed was comfortable and the room met our needs for a 3 day stay.

We were in another building about a block from the hotel, so we had to walk over to get morning coffee and breakfast. The safe in the room was not actually secured to anything so the whole thing could be taken.
