An excellent property in a great location - very clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately we didn’t receive a message with our entry code so we’re unable to get into the building or know our apt number. Called Booking.com on the contact tel no and the rep had no idea what was happening - had to wait an hour with no info before we received a message advising a technical issue had delayed our entry and giving us the entry code and address. We definitely should have been advised in advance of any issues so that we could plan accordingly; also once advised the rep should have kept us in the loop rather than ignore our further calls and leaving us not knowing when or if we might get access.

The cleaner was really friendly and helpful. The receptionist staff on WhatsApp not so. The apartments are all good until it comes to the sofa bed. This was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. We got the same response from other guests we met on the roof for NYE. The roof is great but there are NO working lights up there which is a bit dangerous and a disappointment. The lift was annoying for the 5th floor after a day of pounding the streets, only one person Alain it at a time!! The location is incredible though.

Exceptional location, almost in the heart of all action in Athens City Centre. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was very comfortable and cosy. There are really nice cafes and eateries all around. It’s located 5-10 mins walk from Monastiraki square and Syntagma square. The apartment was very nice and clean. The concierge team is easily accessible through WhatsApp and helps out quite promptly. The housekeeper was quite helpful despite not being able to speak English.

These are in no means cons, just a few things potential guests should be aware of in case these are a deal breaker for them. 1. The cleaning service is available only for stays beyond 4 nights and done every 2 days. 2. The washroom was kind of small, especially the basin area.

Great apartment in Monastiraki, short distance from the Square (Metro). Plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Accessible by foot or metro to all the major attractions - Acropolis, Agora, etc. My friend and I covered a lot on foot, it was great! The apartment itself could not have been better. It had everything we needed... clean, safe, comfortable and newly renovated. The layout of the two bedroom worked well for us and we enjoyed the large terrace. The rooftop was a bonus, with a spectacular view of the Acropolis. We had no issues with self check-in, or with communication. Would recommend.

Location was so close to shopping , restaurants , transport and attractions. Lots of to do via walking. Supermarket close by. Generous selection of quilts & pillows. Very comfortable.

The code system was clunky . We would have appreciated property codes a few days before . We travelled 30 hours and so there was a delay at the property whilst our communication system synced. Very stressful. We were not advised that owner codes would be given close to the time so it was very confusing. Could be a little more generous with coffee tea milk .

Location is fantastic - between syntagma and monatiriki you can’t get a better central spot which is off the main roads therefore quiet. 15mins walk to Acropolis, 8mins max to metro.

Due to be cleaned every two days - we stayed three nights and sheets weren’t changed, fresh towels not provided when requested. With two people and a baby, the space was quite cramped (for a couple on a budget, would be fine). Air con was a bit all or nothing! The door set up was weirdly complex and broke on our last night , thankfully it was quickly fixed.

Amazing location and view from the rooftop. Lots of space with a living room area and a small kitchen with coffee machine and electric stove top + small dishwasher. No reception staff but they are very responsive on booking messaging or by whatsapp so was not an issue for us. Windows are really well sound proofed, which is nice as the hotel is located centrally and has lots of life around. Would definitely recommend.

Pillows were a bit too high for my liking, but that is really down to personal preference...

This is a great option for an Athens stay. We were absolutely happy with the accommodations. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing, the kitchen amenities very helpful, and the views of the Acropolis from the rooftop were just spectacular. They were also able to give us an extra hour of check out. We really needed this because of our ferry schedule. Location was excellent and it always felt very safe.

Not being able to hold your luggage because it is not a hotel was a bit inconvenient.

We absolutely loved our stay here. In such a cool city like Athens, to be centrally located like we were in a beautiful new apartment like Hestia on Romvis, couldn't ask for more especially with the rooftop chill out area, where you can take your drinks and enjoy looking at the Acropolis in all its glory. Let's not forget all the amazing food places that were all within walking distance. Was a great way to spend our last 4 days of our 6 weeks holidays here.
