The hotel provided a wonderful experience with its spacious rooms, including a large and comfortable bedroom and a separate living area. The beds were big and cosy, and the shower was generously sized. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The neighbourhood was lively and beautiful, close to key tourist attractions, yet the room itself remained quiet and peaceful.

The kitchen was quite basic and not well equipped, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the parquet flooring in the bedroom was broken, which was surprising given how new and immaculate the rest of the room was.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Klepsydra Apartment for four nights, and I highly recommend every second of our stay. it truly offers the best value for money. Firstly, the location is outstanding, with the finest coffee shops and bars just a 200-meter walk away. A must-visit is “Tailor Made Coffee Roasters”—you can thank me later! Furthermore, every morning we walked 2 minutes from the apartment to start the day with freshly greek pastries at “Μάμ”. It was the best we tried so far in Athens and so cheap! (Must try the square Feta cheese pie). Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They cheerfully assisted us with everything, from providing extra toilet paper to recommending the best rooftop bars and arranging a taxi for the early morning. The taxi driver was punctual, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with cleaning services provided every two days. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, including an oven, kitchen tools, a hair dryer, two TVs, and WiFi. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The apartment is located at a tranquil street, and is centrally situated, with everything we wanted within 200 meters. The Ermou street (shopping street) is just an eight-minute walk away, and the Acropolis is also within walking distance. Moreover, a metro station is just 2 minutes away on foot. In conclusion, I highly recommend to visit Klepsydra Urban Suites. We will definitely return there when we will visit Athens!

The location is perfect! The room was super clean and they have cleaned our room everyday! The bathroom was very big. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable!

There was some noise from the bars at night; although our room was not on the street side (we have especially wanted a room that is not on the street side; however, there was still street noise at night. I guess it cannot be avoided in central locations). Also there was no wardrobe, only hangers. It would be nice to have a wardrobe.

Amazing location in central Athens, close to all the sights and so many fantastic restaurants. We’d stay here again for sure. The apartment itself was very clean and well-appointed. The bathroom was particularly lovely!

The first night, we noticed that the air conditioner in the bedroom was not working. We reported this to the staff at the front desk, who promised to take care of it, but it was never fixed during our stay (we were there for three nights). Luckily we still managed to sleep, but it was less comfortable than it should have been.

This was our second stay at Klepsydra and it was just as great as the first! The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring the city centre.

The only downside was the loud music from nearby bars on Friday and Saturday nights, which could be heard from our room. While it wasn’t a dealbreaker, it’s worth noting for light sleepers.

Very spacious and clean. Nice to have the small balcony. Everything worked well and the location was very convenient, near everything but not directly "in it”.

The shower drained a little slow. There is a club nearby that is quite loud until very late but the aircon masked it perfectly.

Exceptionally clean, spacious space, very well located within minutes walking of all sites, many good restaurants, bakeries, kind and helpful staff.

A minor inconvenience: although soundproofing in the apartment is very good, apartments on city-side can be just a little noisy at night if windows are open and with some restaurants and bars around open till midnight.

Very modern, new hotel, spacious rooms. exceptionally clean. Receptionist very helpful, patient and kind. Excellent location, close to everything - sites, metro, shopping and many places to eat close by. At the same time - very, very quiet! Would stay again.

A few things were missing: More towel hangers would be nice in the bathroom. Since we were three adults, one slept on the sofa-bed, but there was no night-light near the sofa. Another couch would also be useful (since the sofa was used as a bed). The light and air vent in the bathroom were lit with the same switch - would be better if they were on separate switches. A drying rack for dishes would be good.

The location of the hotel is great, near to everything. The apartment is very nice, clean, one bedroom with a good size of living room, suitable for a family. The internet speed is good. And the staff is very helpful and polite. We get very good information for nice restaurants and places to visit. Although the hotel does not provide breakfast (which we did not know!) there are many nice places around for a good greek breakfast, so no issue. The hotel also provides storage for bags that is very useful when the check out and departure from Athens has some hours differences.

The entrance of the hotel and to reach the elevator has some steps, it's a bit problematic specially when there is no body to help for the suitcases.

Perfect location in the city center and close to very nice restaurants. Very welcoming staff, especially Nickoletta and Katerina.

All was good except a club underneath the hotel. Very loud music till 2.00 am on the week end
